The room was clean, well laid out, and bed was comfy, Loved the stocked kitchenette and the comfy sitting room. Great shower pressure. Night staff and morning staff were super great, helpful and patent :). They met our needs and went beyond. I didn't try everything at breakfast but I really enjoyed the spinach quiche and my husband and I enjoyed the oatmeal with all the toppings.

Not a complaint per se, maybe a suggestion? I am used to hotels having coffee and ice water available during the day, after breakfast closes down. I understand it is in the room but I would not have minded some as we were checking out. Sometimes checkout is a bit frantic and it would have been nice to have some available instead of having to go all the way back to the room one more time to brew some.

The breakfast was good, coffee great. We liked access to the Market in the hotel. Also the hotel is located in an area with plenty of eateries and shopping e.g. grocery stores, Target, delis, freeways. I

The main road (Chagrin) had lots of potholes.

No instructions or information on how to light the fireplace. Had to have maintenance come up and light. And they had to use one of those long lighter you use for lighting a gas grill or an appliance, how was anyone supposed to know. Glad I had enough common sense to down, suppose i turned tje gas on the wrong way or left it in the wrong position and blew the place up. But tje staff was very pleasant got it lit. That was the only bad thing I could say. Other than that my stay was excellent

The two front desk ladies were the absolute BEST!! We gave them a bit of a challenge, not meaning too! They went above and beyond! These two wonderful ladies were Venus and Lalena! They deserve employees of the year!! Can't say enough good o for these two!

The only thing for me was the garlic smell in the room but I adapted and overcame it!

This property is great if travel with family. It’s as big as a studio apartment, it had enough room as I was recalling with two toddlers and my husband. If you’re traveling for more days you can totally load up groceries and use the kitchen.

The only feature I didnt like was the sink area being outside the bathroom. It didn’t me much but I would prefer my sink area to be inside the bathroom

It was great if I would have known sooner there was a stove I would have made food there in the room and it would have been better then the experiences myself and family had at restaurants by there. Thank you for making our night better at your hotel

Staffs were friendly. They upgraded my room at the check in since they had a problem issuing my room keys. The room was spacious and quite.

Venus at the front desk was absolutely awesome perfect for the guest super nice, helpful and willing to help in any way she can..

In the room which was very nice but it was kind of loud from the interstate I’m pretty sure,also in the on bed room that went to bother room every night it sound has if a dryer and washer was running all night.

I really like this hotel. It was very quiet, peaceful, clean. Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was greatly appreciated. Conveniently located right off the freeway. I would definitely stay here again when in the Cleveland area.
