Need. To provide more coffee in the room and creamers. They need to dust and freshen the room with air freshener.It is a little musky due to being an old building. Bathroom add a smell to it. Otherwise the stay was absolutely wonderful.The bed was comfortable.I enjoyed having a restaurant to the hotel right next door that made it great. Staff was very friendly. I had stayed there before and I will stay there again.I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast room was clean, the food was hot and fresh. could use more tables and chairs. it was full when we showed up at 7am.

I would recommend the workers not to be talking about work while customers are there because I speak Spanish and I understood everything they were saying not all guest are dirty and leave a mess. Just saying.... Also for front clerk to let guest know if we need service to place the paper out side which I did not know about and our room was not serviced at all the three days we were there.

- The pool was a nice amenity, especially during the summer. It could have used some more shade options (umbrella's) - The room we stayed in was very spacious - nice size for a traveling family of 4 - Having a restaurant right next door was a nice convenient surprise that I overlooked when booking

- lack of landscaping/ plants - a/c unit operation was loud (mostly at night) but we are light sleepers

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. We also liked that there was always coffee in the lobby. Staff were friendly. The area seemed safe.

Small coffee maker. The floors were cleaner than last time we stayed, but still had the impression they are just cleaned by vacuum or broom, and not mopped. But better than the old carpetting,

room was very clean. Ladies clean it in a daily basis, difficult to see something like that in these times. The staff ( specially SUSAN ) She was very attentive, she helped me with some prints that I had to make for my interview.

This hotel/motel is actually a hidden gem! The front staff when we arrived was very personable and accommodate my friend and I exceptionally

I didn’t like that my bedroom window faced the parking lot (just like everyone else). The curtain didn’t close well which allowed street lamps to shine in the room overnight.

Great property and great customer service. We were stranded in El Paso with car troubles and the staff was very understanding and helpful. The onsite Mexican restaurant was delicious and the room was super comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to travelers!

Walking distance to a circle K and a few fast food restaurants. Nice breakfast included in stay. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable

Older section of property was very outdated and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

upon check in the gentleman was kind and professional. my room was very big, super clean with a fridge, microwave, hot water for a nice shower and an amazingly comfortable bed with clean bed sheet. Pillow smelled funny but pillow cover was clean. Great options for breakfast. Nice pool to take a dip in. Excellent location, right across the street from shopping mall with a Target store so you can pick up groceries. Also many dinnng options around including a Mexican Cafe right beside, a Cicke K, Starbucks and Burger King right beside as well! Will stay here again for sure

Airplanes flying above quite frequently. staff could not accommodate my request for a top floor room. upon check in there was a man passing motorized leaf blower for one hour. I had surgery and checked in just to sleep yet the noise kept me up and gave me a headache. Staff could not help me.

I definitely enjoyed the various amenities that the hotel had and how it felt peaceful to be at

I would say the water didn't exactly get to the exact heat that I would prefer for my showers
