The location was easy off the highway. The breakfast was standard fare. Nothing special. But also nothing awful. It was good enough. The pillows bed and sheets were clean and comfy. The room was large enough. Once the water in the shower got hot it was great. There is a sitting room off the pool room with comfy chairs, which was awesome. The lobby is clean and inviting. It was quiet in our room. Really liked that the pool was open until 11:00pm. We didn’t get in until 10pm- which made it super nice to relax after the long 4 hour drive. Manager was helpful, kind and friendly.

One hot tub was open, one was closed for repairs. The pool area has some repairs needed. It looks like it is on its way to getting fixed and cleaned. But it would be nice to have the pool clean and repaired.

Managers and staff will do whatever possible to make your stay great... Unfortunately I planned on going skiing but got sick and had to leave early but staff was willing to refund the one night I missed. Room was nice tho...I'll be back!

A little loud but we were there and I was sick and it was a perfect ski weekend so I was probably cranky I couldn't ski lol!

The location was right next to the highway, so it was very convenient. Also, it was nice to have the hotel's breakfast.

The room didn't have a remote control for the TV, and I couldn't change channels from the TV. It would have been nice if the room had a remote control for the TV.

I liked the large swimming pool for the kids. I liked the double queen with a hide-a-bed too! The price was half of what it would have been in the Wisconsin Dells for the same type of room/amenities.

The breakfast was challenging. It seemed like only one person was managing the breakfast area, heating the food, and managing the front desk. They need more workers, but so does everyone these days. However, they still had the Belgian waffle irons!

Staff was amazingly friendly! Room was clean with a fluffy bed and pillows. Many towels, fridge was cold. The water gets very hot! Breakfast was great! Hot and cold options! Cereals, milk, almond milk, gluten free waffles, flavored, and original waffles. Bagels, eggs, sausage and More!!! .

Sadly the pool was down for maintenance. Only negative I have is the bathroom tissue. It was thin, Scott brand

The stay was great. The hotel was great.

The staff has no idea what they are doing. Staff kids running around. We had to get our keys fixed daily. Check in took over two hours because staff couldn't get the room ready in time. It was ridiculous!! Asked to stay another night it took 3 attempts with 3 different people to get us an extra night.

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast-we went for breakfast at 9:10a. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold. There was very little eggs and about 5 small potato circles left and nothing was refilled the rest of the time. I never saw anyone manning the breakfast like I always had everywhere else.

Adjoining rooms were great!! Made it nice for our whole family to interact. Beds were comfortable and lots of space to relax. A few necessities were available for purchase in the lobby. We had a spill with some water on a toddler's blanket and the staff was awesome and dried it for us. Seems to be a fairly new location, so not a lot close besides a gas station, but close to the interstate so easy to get anywhere. Large pool and hot tub available.

The pull out couch mattress was terrible. Luckily, we had an air mattress for the kids to use. It was insanely thin and in one of the rooms, the mattress cover itself was pulled off. Also, the pool was located indirectly below us and the door was open to outside so very loud from kids having fun (nice to hear, but hard getting a toddler to sleep).

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious & clean. Front desk lady at check-in was pleasant and lobby was tastfully decorated.

Waffles were delish and fun to make. The breakfast sausage and gravy were ice cold and they ran out of silverware in 1 section. Oranges were soft. Dirty tables too. I have worked in a hotel before & we always had 1 person available to assist our guests and keep things cleaned and stocked throughout the breakfast. Even chatted a bit with guests. Guests loved it! Just a suggestion. I saw one person at the end of breakfast cleaning but never acknowledged us. I think that is important too.

Breakfast was great. The hot items (eggs and sausages) were an excellent start to the day.

Some of the towels had old stains on them. But they were properly washed. So no worries.
