Excellent location and personnel. Breakfast was good. The building itself presents limitations , but has the charm (and practicality ) of being inside an arcade, with shopps and places to eat. Kindly kept our luggage for 04 days (with no charge). I recommend.

Perfect location, near various metro station, also walking distance to so many main attractions in Paris. Situated in the beautiful passage Jouffroy. The Hospitality and Kindness of the team. Was upgraded to a king suite this time which was very specious and comfortable.

Not enough vegan alternatives in breakfast…..

Great location . Comfortable room and helpful room staff. Close to metro and walkable to the river and into the Montmartre area.

Surly receptionist didn't hide distain for us not taking the breakfast option. The same member of staff tried to charge for breakfasts and city tax when we checked out despite having already paid for when we first arrived. No humility was shown when the facts were established. He was the only experience we had of the superior Parisian reputation in all our time in the Capital

The room was cosy and we liked the wood panelled effect. The bathroom was large and stylish. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent and we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go to. Nice room temperature.

The corridor décor was a bit tired. One of the great things about this hotel is its location, however, on such a busy road with traffic, bars and restaurants, the windows absolutely need to be better soundproofed. Saturday and Sunday nights were very noisy outside and Saturday in particular it did not quieten down until 2am. I would like to return to this hotel on future trips with other family members, but won't be able to because I know they won't be able to sleep through the noise, which is a real shame.

Internet and some small issues

The location was perfect. We were steps from the Grands Boulevard metro station and it made getting around so easy. We also didn't realize just how close we were to walking distance of so many places like the Louvre and even Monmarte. Besides the known locations being walkable the neighborhood was great. Other than the Museum right next to the hotel, we felt like everywhere we went in the area was a true French experience, compared to a lot of the more tourist based locations. We stayed for 6 days and would stay again. Even laundry was walkable, which was nice since we packed light. The staff was incredible, we speak English with a little French and had non-issue communicating.

If you are used to hotels in the US, the room was small, even with a loft. But it was comfortable- not a complaint just warning those who may not be prepared. Plenty of storage space and we moved freely fine.

This is a lovely hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable, next to a number of attractions (Musee Grevin next door always had a huge queue outside) and next to very nice restaurants and shops. The breakfast was very nice and the room bigger than the average Paris room. Very clean and spacious. We'd go again.

Walls are quite thin and we could hear almost everything the couple next door said. This was a little bit of an issue late at night but thankfully they went to sleep after midnight!

Our location was great for where we wanted to go, convenient access to metro once we got the hang of it, we were off everywhere, great way to get around and very clean. Great restaurants in covered passage across the street, room was large, bed was large. Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly. Gated passageway to entrance at night, easy to access.

Lift was slow then broke down on the day we were leaving, Not enough lighting in the room, no light above only on the walls. Didn’t realise no proper shower , just a hand held over the bath - not used to that so was a surprise

it was located in a great spot -- about a 30 minute walk from the central tourist district (Louvre, etc.) in one direction and same distance from Montmartre in the other direction. Shopping and restaurant options around the hotel were good. Safe place. Dark curtains kept it dark for sleeping. Big cabinets for storing clothes, luggage, etc. Fridge. Wifi. The Mezzencore restaurant across the street had amazing schwarma and falafel, and Cafe Zephyr had great hot chocolate.

The room is definitely not spacious, but it's great if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. Which, while you're in Paris, I can't see why you would want to spend a lot of time inside a hotel!
