Being a debut visit to South Goa and C Roque there was definitely some anxiety regarding the on site parking of my own vehicle. This is one of the biggest handicap the property has and I hope it will all be figured out soon. Being a beach property only a 4WD can take you. But it all went smooth. The parking is a huge public parking lot surrounded by shops. Spacious enough for even busses. DO NOT FORGET to tap on the Gmap link the property has given you bcoz that is the only correct guide to reach it. Usual Gmap route will take you to a no-mans land and end of the road place amidst a sprawling field some where away. The pick up and drop is very efficient and handled politely by skilled staff. You needn't worry at all. And the property's 4WD is anytime available for you otherwise also. Staff is excellent and professional and speaks fluent English. The OM Mr Rajesh Kaul will be there airways to help out. The Portuguese type rooms are cute, neat and fresh although I would love a bit more space. The restaurant- Terrific ambiance. Jacob, Joachim ,Roosevelt all 3 makes your dining a marvelous experience. We personally loved the outdoor beach lounging...it's fabulous with all the drinks available day n night. Food is lip smacking, delicious. Especially fish items. I'm not against animals but the presence of 2 stray dogs in the eating area can be avoided bcoz not all guests will be accommodating to that even though they are VERY docile and sleeping most of the time.

1. Location is spot on. Tranquility of the beach,serenity of the location brings an awesome aura to the property. 2. The best service of the resort is 24x7 jeep service to the nearest pickup point@ colva beach parking. Day or night@ 0 waiting time, 100% smiling staff and drivers =Absolutely charmed my expectations . 3. Desk team is abundantly helpful for any requirement of the tourist be it international tourist or the domestic locals like us. Mr Mayur @ the desk manager is a worthy name of special mention .

The tropical rooms are too small for the price. Owner and top brass of the property needs to think about upgradation of the property. Suggestions 1. few shades and umbrella on the beach 2. A feet washing facility/ outdoor shower option next to the room area 3. Every room big or small deserve an exhaust fan in the bathroom 4.a wall mounted table cum luggage platform in the room will b good 5. Sandy walking path , area between restaurant n residence needs reform.

One of the best Beach resorts in Goa. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and free of pests. The beaches were pristine and serene. Best for evening n night long walks and morning jogs. You will never find such good resorts in goa. On the service bit, it was just perfect and loved the hospitality. Right from the young ladies standing at the reception to the service staffs - Rooselvet, Aniket, Forgot the breakfast service staff name, Chef Suman, Jeep guy Manish and the housekeeping staff. Manish will make you feel like the most important person of goa. The entire crew made us feel at home and there was not a moment we felt unwelcome.. The staffs are simply top notch. Food was really very good( surprised with some f the comments) earlier we first explored a restaurant near colve beach named Kentucky and we found a flea in food n tasted real bad .. but here the kitchen was spic and span and food was tasty too.. The overall vibe was just superb.. must visit..

Rooms were dark and a little off track. Suggest to have french windows and subtle coloured walls to make it more bright and enjoyable.

The unique aspect of 4WD access. The beautiful relaxed setting. The friendly staff. The beautiful beach. The size of the facility. Views of the sea. Comfy bed. Quaint restaurant. Life saver on duty. Lots of fishing boat activity. Dolphins in the bay

The litter on the way from the village to the hotel as you come over the bridge. Impressions are made in the first few minutes and the filth and litter spoiled the access. Be good corporate citizens and clean it up. Wouldn’t take much and would form a fantastic first impression.

This is a little bit of paradise, the location is fantastic and has to be one of the best beaches we have been to. The room is clean and comfortable, the food very good and tasty. All the staff are lovely and kind. Icing on the cake for us was to be greeted by the resident dogs, especially the old guy Rambo ( maybe in his younger days). If you want to disconnect and have a relaxing stay this is absolutely for you. The staff is amazing, the breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay. Mad respect to the two Goan guys working in the morning - incredible hospitality.

I unfortunately had to work while I was here, and I would rate the wifi 2/10. DO NOT book this place if you're working remote you'll be struggling. The beach was rough while we were there! Perhaps just bad timing. It was a bit annoying not being able to easily walk to our bike when we had to leave. Granted we never had to wait for the jeep to take us to the front.

If you are looking for a luxury room with a flat screen tv and swanky bathroom then this resort is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful location, private beach, the very best service, great food and the most relaxed vibe then this is the place for you. The room was a little tired and very basic but the location was brilliant. The restaurant and bar area really makes this resort, the service is some of the best I’ve ever had. In particular Rosevelt and Royce who were the most gracious, fun and experienced guys I’ve met. They couldn’t do enough for you, gave great recommendations and were truly the best people that it made our 5 day stay simply brilliant. To reach the town of Colva you need to either take the free keep service that the hotel provide and is available 24 hours a day or walk 500 yards down the beach. Either way, it’s a cool way to reach the town.

The rooms were a bit tired, no cleaning service and no refreshing of towels. However, you’re in Goa and we spent very little time in our room because the resort was so lovely to relax in.

The location of the Resort is right on the beach. The dining area gives full view of the sea and food is good. The guests have to reach Colva Beach, hardly one Km from the resort, then a 4x4 vehicle takes you to the Resort through a somewhat forested area meandering through a sandy road. The vehicle service is very prompt and available 24 hrs. The beach is very clean, pristine and beautiful.

The room is on the smaller side in size. It doesn’t have a wardrobe and lacks sufficient selves to keep your belongings. There no telephone connection with the reception or house keeping. The rooms are unjustifiably highly priced.

The location is marvellous. Rooms are a bit dark and to be honest quite small, but staying in a “Coral room” means that you have a good place to sit outside, and a good fridge!

It’s overpriced. But fully booked so obviously we are all prepared to pay for it! Mosquitos are a bit of a problem. Why not have mosquito nets over the beds in the rooms? That was standard 20 years ago!

C Roque is right on the beach with a beach shack vibe. Very relaxing. Staff are great and helpful. Shubanghi on reception has a good sense of humour! Suman is a great chef who takes pride in the breakfast dishes he cooks. In addition to western breakfasts he cooks excellent pathal bhaji, uttapam, and poha.

Make sure you follow instructions to reach the property! A jeep will pick you up at an agreed place. Don’t try to walk it!
