What a surprise to find this stunningly beautiful hotel on our travels in India. I honestly could not understand how anyone could give it less than 10 out of 10. We were treated so well by all the kind staff, from our wonderful housekeeper to the security guards outside. Also every single staff member in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast has literally everything you could think of, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a very, very long time. The pool is beautiful and the gym is excellent. Our room was so nice, plenty of space, a bath and a nice balcony. Well done to the team for making our stay so memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a little noisy at night but that was down to our neighbours and the local dogs, not the fault of the hotel.

Amazing Property. A sight to the eyes. Beautifully designed rooms. Vibrant. Perfect if you are looking for a Gen Next Property. Located at Panjim. Was perfect for out stay as we wanted a property at Panjim. The food was amazing. There is an in-house Casino too. So basically it’s an amazing property in Panjim about a km from all the main Casinos.

Nothing. Although there is a issue. But it is more about Goa than about the property. We do not get taxis/ autos easily outside the hotel.

Breakfast was good and fresh.. Variety of western and Indian options Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was central to our destinations. Most of the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. F&B staff Vishal and Berbinshi sorry not sure of the spelling.

Counter staff some were helpful. All courteous however could have helped with taxi service App.. I wasn’t aware throughout my stay until I chance upon GOA miles and that made my traveling so much more affordable and convenient.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff is courteuos and attentive and friendly. The breakfast spread was good.

Higher floor wasn’t available. The live counter items were not that great . The parathas were undercooked and dosa was not that great in taste. But the other items than live counters were good. The room was a bit small as compared to other hotels i have stayed

Staff was very courteous. We had a little problem with our door key which could not be sorted out hence shifted us to another room. Everything went swiftly except it took some time. But that could not be helped as it could happen anywhere. Well clean room housekeeping was very good.

Breakfast was good but regional counters can be more authentic. Rest all was fine.

Very clean, staff courtesy and help when needed. Very good breakfast and general security.

The check in time should be a bit flexible for international passengers in view of flight arrivals.

The reusable water bottles wasn’t clean, we left our act for valet parking and when they returned our car had several scratches since it’s black colour, very disappointing

The property is new, clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. They make an effort to make you comfortable. The location is good.

Work table in the room could be much better. Important for business travellers.

Everything. The staff were very accommodating, pleasant, went beyond what was expected, to assisted . Special mention of Vikash, Bidesh, Lokam, Sanjana, Prince, Kankana, Vishal. Thank you all.
