We were given a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean.

No kettle in the room, would have been nice to have one, especially because it's winter. More amenities would have been welcome. The metal furniture makes loud clangs as you touch it, could hear it from the neighbors too.

The design is pretty modern and slick, the staff were diligent and helpful. Loved the late checkout time of midday, I had a flight cancellation so the extra time in bed before packing and prepping for travel was welcomed.

The location felt a little sketchy, perfectly close to the tram stop and metro station to not be too exposed but the neighbourhood wasn’t particularly nice. Shower curtain in the bathroom, while clean this is a pet hate for leaking water to the floor and general hygiene and aesthetics.

The staff was great, the room was cozy, but not soundproof as mentioned in the description. However, there was no problem with the noise. Moreover, the room was cleaned every day and the hotel has a very good location, close to restaurants, metro station and trams. You can get anywhere from there.

The breakfast could use some improvements. There were not many options to choose from and is way too expensive for what you get. There are better places around the hotel where you can have a great breakfast for less money. Also, I cannot speak for other rooms, but the shower in our room was poorly designed. There was no way to avoid getting the water out of the shower, but on the bright side, the cleaning lady was coming everyday :)

Pillows were hard and flat. We believed the items in the fridge in our junior suite were complimentary. There was no price list in the room. We were charged for the items on check out.

Clean, comfortable and modern room, even if a bit small. Walking distance to the metro. 2 min walk to Esselunga shop. We were traveling with friends and one thing we found a bit inconvenient was the lack of a lobby or common area downstairs to hang out for a chat.

One unpleasant experience happened during check-out. In our friends’ room, the cleaning staff threw away their shopping bags, which contained tax-free invoices and an Apple Watch strap. We didn’t have time to argue or fully resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the reception staff were dismissive. They refused to check the cameras and simply stated that the cleaning lady hadn’t taken or thrown away anything, without offering any real help or taking responsibility.

We were disappointed with our stay from June 20–23, as we were given an accessible room despite booking over a year in advance. At first, we didn’t think much of it, but after staying at other hotels throughout Italy, we realized the quality didn’t match our expectations. Before returning for a final night on July 6–7, we reached out to J24. We appreciate their prompt and sincere response—they offered a spacious room with a king-sized bed as compensation. Special thanks to Lorenzo for his kind assistance, which helped end our trip on a high note.

I was attending an event that was near to the hotel so this was a convenient place to stay. This is subjective, but the bed and pillows were just fine, no complaints at all. Shower pressure was good, hot water plentiful, size of shower stall was comfortable. Room was quiet and it faced the street. I asked for a kettle as there are no coffee / tea facilities in the room and I was kindly given one. I liked that I could order food in the bar downstairs vs. going outside in the pouring rain and the service was great. A 5 minute walk takes you to an Aldi grocery store- great to pick up snacks.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Milan. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The breakfast was a highlight – lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and had a modern feel. Staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that there was only one coffee machine at breakfast, which sometimes led to a bit of a queue. Otherwise, everything was really enjoyable and I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located very good, although the neighbourhood is very multicultural, the area is very well connected. Direct metro to Centrale train station, direct trams to city center. Even if you don't buy breakfast with the room you can still get a bite at any time in the restaurant which is great considering in the area the restaurants are closed between 3pm - 7 pm. There are many restaurants in the area if you can walk around and mostly local (not very touristic). It is clean. Has elevator and a small minibar in the room.

Very small space to store clothes. Very hard and slim pillows. Ok for 1 person, but for 2 up gets complicated.

I did not have any breakfast, so I cannot really comment on that. The pillowcase had a small stain on it, but the housekeeper was excellent; she immediately changed it and rectified it. The BEDS are INCREDIBLE!!!! So comfortable and incredible! The rooms are very spacious, and we were worried about the noises, as we saw previous reviews, but it was quiet as ever. We only heard from the room next to us when something fell but nothing extraordinary.

The location was a bit out of our way, but in 4 mins from the Metro you're there. I don't recommend you walk alone in the evening, but that's everywhere.
