It's location is its best asset being right above the station, giving easy access to Matsuyama station, Dogo Onsen, and Matsuyama castle. You also get a good view of the castle the room as well. It has its own onsen which I didn't use since I went to Dogo onsen. The staff seemed very well versed with dealing with clients, and were very professional. I also lost my room key and they kindly provided me a new one. Matsuyama city in general really surprised me with how friendly people were. A good business hotel overall.

Construction was going on outside overnight, but that's not the hotel's fault. I also thought my pillow was a little ineffective, but I did not ask for another.

Excellent location (right next to city station, tram station, bus terminal and also shopping precinct) and rooms are newly built and in great condition. Lots of great little extras to love at this place, the third floor has an onsen (men's and women's seperate, but you can reserve for a family group), and also an anime library with massage chairs. The second floor (reception) has free soft drinks after 2pm and free ice-cream after 7pm... brilliant! Good buffett breakfast with 6 different kinds of Mandarin juice to try (given the area is famous for Mandarin farming). We stayed in a deluxe quadruple room with 2 kids, the room had an alcove with 2 futons where the kids slept. Highly recommend for families!

Very nice room, spacious for a Japanese hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast buffet, highlighting local produce. Very nice sento. Useful location next to the station, many restaurants very nearby. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice amenities and free welcome drinks and ice cream. Good climate-friendly initiatives, kindly and clearly explained (reduced cleaning, amenities only on-demand, no bottled mineral water). Car park nearby (1000 yen per day for hotel guests).

Great location and the shortest walk to Matsuyama Castle (note: this Hotel is part of the Matsuyama City Station near the Castle not the similar-named JR Matsuyama Station - a tram connects the two). With the trams, trains and buses almost at the front door, trips to Dogo onsen etc. are very easy. The best breakfast going, an internal onsen and free movies

Very little interaction with staff. Taking shoes off in the room - there should be a stool provided to do this. It was not clear which train station to go to. No information about the local area was provided and it was hard to find restaurants for dinner. Weird bottom sheet on bed.

It seems pretty new and has a public bath thats available to hotel guest. they offered icecream from 7-9 and coffee in the evening too. Self service laundry is available , which was awesome ! Location was great - being next to takashimaya , and Hands and Nitorii being avail nearby

Spacious room and excellent location next to the Matsuyama City Station, a great starting point for many locations in the city. The breakfast was the best of our holiday, including a mandarin juice tasting. The hotel even offers free ice cream in the evening.

the location is superb! 7-11 and Family Mart downstairs, right at the railway, tram and bus. beds were super comfortable and rooms are a good size too! there is free coffee and ice cream in the lobby and the coin laundry on the 3rd floor makes it extra convenient too.

The hotel was very good located . Everything was walking distance . Staff very friendly . Breakfast awesome. Japanese sashimi etc etc . Good variety of options . Rooms well equipped . Common areas like bath , massage chair and lobby also excellent .

Excellent facilities, well designed comfortable rooms and an attractive communal area. Centrally located and well placed for seeing the city sights. Quiet, very clean, with everything needed and more. Exceeded our expectations.
