The surrounding of the hotel is slightly off putting.

Accessibility. Connect to other place much easier with the train station right infront of the hotel.

- the staff were very helpful and friendly - we arrived early and were actually able to check in around 2.5 hours early which was lovely - the room was very clean on arrival - beds are very comfortable and absolutely huge! - the shower is very nice, high pressure - breakfast was lovely

- the lifts get rather tedious after a while, you have to take a lift to 41st floor, then a different one down to the accommodation - on the last day we opened all the curtains fully in our room and noticed mushrooms growing by the door!! This must be due to humidity but was very well hidden by our curtains. - I am not a fussy eater so I liked the breakfast a lot, however if you are fussy you will struggle. This is a very traditional breakfast for Malaysia, lots of curry, pho etc. egg station was lovely though - the location is strange. It is pretty much not near anything other than little Indian, however the train line is close

Absolutely beautiful hotel! A friend and I decided to take a short trip to Kuala Lumpur for 4 days, as we were staying in Singapore beforehand. The room is stunning. A spacious room with a large bathroom that can be closed off with sliding doors. Additionally, there is a small living area by the windows, providing us with a view of part of the city from the 37th floor. We particularly enjoyed sitting there with a cup of tea in the evening! The bed was very comfortable, but keep in mind that the TV doesn't have Chromecast options, which is a pity. Fortunately, we could play music via Bluetooth through the TV. On each floor, there is a small hallway with a coffee machine, chilled tea in the fridge, and a hot water tap. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was smooth and quick. To reach your room, you need to take at least two elevators, which we personally didn’t mind. We decided to include breakfast - and we were very pleased. Breakfast is on the ground floor, where we were warmly welcomed by Vincent and the team at Botanica+Co. The options were incredibly diverse and extensive, featuring various cuisines (including the classic Western breakfast) with organic vegetables and fruit. The drink selection was also very diverse and delicious, served buffet style. It’s probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay at Alila Bangsar - I’ll keep this in mind if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

In terms of location, it’s a bit disappointing. Situated in Brickfields, we found it somewhat uncomfortable as two young women to walk around in the evening. We didn't dare to take the metro/train to Alila at night. Fortunately, Alila offers chauffeur services, and with Grab (which was incredibly affordable), you can reach the city center in just under 15 minutes. KL airport is approximately 50-70 minutes away by car, as it’s quite far.

Helpful, friendly staff from when I steeped out of my taxi. Early check-in wasn't an isdue. Pool on the 50th floor was spa like with comfortable beds and a great array of fauna. Clean pool. Very comfortable seating in foyer and very attentive reception staff. Good level of English. The room was spacious with stunning views. Clean room, and a luxurious bed. Incredible views of KL. I loved having access to a complimentary coffee machine on our floor with a quiet seating area. Lovely eco-friendly toothbrush, bodywash, etc. Highlight was the alila *giving* bag. Guests put any un wanted clothing items, etc, in this, and it is donated to a local charity. Simply #1 Hotel. Welll done. Oh, did I mention breakfast? Amazing selection of cuisines.friendky inviting staff. Gorgeous way to start the day. Number 1 hotel. Ka pai from NZ

the "transits" that I have to go thru each time to access to my room, to lobby, to car park. I suppose it is safer, but not friendly. To get to rooms from ground floor lobby, you have to take a lift up to reception on 41st floor, then another lift to your floor for room; and from car park to room - lift down to ground floor lobby, and another lift to reception 41st floor, and another lift to your room floor

Beautiful rooms with amazing views of KL!

Breakfast options were limited with poor coffee at the downstairs restaurant. This was a downgrade from previous years when there was a buffet option in the lobby floor.

The check in was very smooth and easy. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist. The room and overall hotel decor was lovely. The hotel is situated on the top floors of the building with great views of KL. Additionally the hotel is nearby some of the key KL attractions and food spots. We also loved how close the MRT station was you can get to the city center in about 15mins.

Nothing comes to mind, overall we enjoyed our stay

For a couple of female friends we enjoyed our stay at Allia Bangsar. The staff was very helpful and expressed clear communication throughout our stay, before and after. The car service was also a smooth experience, various choice of cars depending on your budget. The rooms and facilities were exactly like the pictures. The pool and the gym were great and both had a full view on the city centre that was nearby (by car). Botanica+Co on the ground floor was very good! The breakfast as well as the menu served during the day was great! We were given what was advertised and would definitely stay at another Alila property.

Unfortunately, we didn’t expect the location of the property to be as far from KLCC. We had to reach the centre or any place desired by car. Even if their equivalent of Uber (Grab) was very affordable, being unable to reach a desired destination by foot took away from the experience. Most places we visited were at a 10-30 mins ride, a miscalculation on our part. Info : the hotel was also still renovating certain areas. There would be times where the noise was quite loud or that we had to close our blinds during the day.

- Room is squeaky clean - Ironing facilities, tv - Wifi is great - Free flow coffee, tea and snacks on each floor, in front of the lift (level 35-40) - bridge link to LRT (3-5 mins walk) - near NU Sentral and Little India (20 mins walk) - pool & gym on the same floor

The access - the Lobby/reception is located at 41st floor. - if you drive, you have to park your car at M1, then take lift up to G and then from G go to level 41. After that you will take another lift to move to your room that’s located in between 35th-39th floor. Altogether, 4 lift you have to change. - G floor no concierge. If you were dropped off to G floor, expect no one to help you carry your bags/luggage up. Parking - small - for Guest, rm5 per day (must validate at the reception level 41 before you leave every time - otherwise, it’s rm5/hour) - entry with TNG or Bank card only. Other - would be great if each floor has trash bin near the elevator - smoking area at 40th floor near the pool has no lights on at night
