I have now found the hotel I will always stay at when visiting Monterrey. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms are large but it is the people working here that make it exceptional. Check in was easy and informational but the resturant staff was even better. I look forward to visiting Monterrey because of the restaurant scene but this trip I didn't go out once because I enjoyed the hotel restaurant so much.

The bar closes too early. I was looking forward for a beverage after the Rayados game and was disappointed to find the bar closed when I got back to the hotel.

Our first room had some problems. When we addressed the manager, they were quite accommodating and gave us a better room with absolutely no problems. In a great neighborhood, good restaurants abound. On site parking lot. Beautiful lobby. In the evening, there was an entertaining ballet folklorico competition outside the front door. Beautiful bed, picturesque view of city lights each direction.

being put in a room that had problems. should have been checked out by staff. but manager made good on his watch and upgraded us kindly.

The location is exceptional, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

Apparently the walls are too thin or the housekeeper next door was angry that morning. It seemed she was slamming drawers and doors. Now talking about the food, I ordered a club sandwich through room service and everything was perfect, except that part of the chicken breast was raw. I rather people to be honest and tell me is gonna take more than usual to deliver the food because they’re busy than receiving this kind of surprises.

They made a mistake in not including the breakfast in my reservation, and then wanted to charge me full rate, I told them since you made the mistake can you give me the discount rate given to the huésped stayng at the hotel he said no, even tho it was his mistake

I loved that they went ahead and upgraded our room for free to a suite that had an amazing view out of a corner window. I t was really one of the best hotel views I had seen in a while , especially for it being free.

The only thing I would say is that the bar closed early haha . Even though there are plenty of bars near by so it wasn't really an issue .

Clean place, excellent location

The front desk staff forcing me to go through my stuff in front of everyone, in the lobby to find a parking lot ticket that I had lost. At the end, they print a paper stating that I paid for the parking lot so I could retrieve my vehicle. That was humiliating and embarrassing.

I usually stay at Krystal Urban but accidentally made a reservation at this location. It was a great mistake! Although both properties are my go-to in Monterrey, this property offer valet service and it's located in a nice part of town and walkable.

Everything was great but the pillows are too big and I woke up with a stiff neck. Many of the hotels I stay in have an option for fluffy, flat and big pillows so that was a little disappointing.

Great location and staff. They did everything to make our stay as welcoming as possible. Walking distance to everything you need or want to see.

The room was very hot the first night, a little better the second night and fine the third night. It was very hot outside the first two days. I would definitely book here again just bring a fan.

We ordered room service on our last day. For the rest of our meals we wandered around the old town and were treated to fresh and authentic dishes and coffees. Plenty of fruit amd vegetables! The plaza usually had musicians providing some music and in the morning and latter part of the day the jacaranda trees would fill with birds that provides a beautiful background for just sitting on a bench in the shade and being surrounded by their songs which seemed to go on to midno

all good, except that i booked 2 rooms and arrived around 5pm, The rooms were not ready cause they were overbooked, and they had me waiting 30 minutes or so to get my rooms. but when i checked out, housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:45AM. :( I believe they need to add a hair dryer, ice machine on each or other floor that they didn't have.
