The staff was good and polite location was best but the bad thing is that someone stole my perfume from room maybe housekeeping staff it’s a YSL original perfume worth 40,000 I’ll called for inquiry but they aren’t updated about that .. I was 100 sure housekeeping boy stole hotel is responsible for that otherwise i will take an action about all I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know if it has been located, and what the next steps would be for retrieving it. I have also captured a picture of my perfumes before I leave from room

Overall, my experience was pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms, hospitality of the staff, quality of the food, ambiance, truly made my stay comfortable and memorable.

One small suggestion I’d like to make is regarding the beds. The bed in my room made some creaking with movement, which affected sleep quality. It would be great if the beds could be checked and possibly replaced with non-noisy or better-supported ones for more comfortable rest.

Wonderful and friendly staff, who were always available to help and accommodated our slightly early check-in. The breakfast is great and includes vegetarian options, which was important for me. The rooms are really spacious! I'd definitely recommend for a short work-related stay in Lahore. The hotel is very safe and secure. It was very easy to get from the hotel to all areas of the city for work - The old town and main sights are a bit further away

There was constant noise of i dont know moving furniture or repairs which made difficult to sleep at night. I wanted to open the view through window but it was covered with black card board. It would be nice to have some sunlight in the room especially in the evening

My bed is nosing i told the staff he changed my room.. Everything is fine we staying 4 nights. Specially thanks to moosa in Reception very humble person he is welcome very smile face and guide us very good way thanks hotel one tower you make my trip good i preferred everyone to stay here.

Front office and housekeeping services are superb. Being a female solo traveller I felt super safe at the property,and my stay was really good, and peaceful.

I didn't like the room service, you have to call them over and over again and remind them of your request/orders etc.

It was great staying at Hotel one Tower. They upgraded our room.for free. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming. Complementary breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff service was excellent! It's a small and well run hotel. The General Manager was always on hand every day to make sure that all guests were comfortable and that the hotel was run smoothly. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, could have done with more variety. Dining was also not as expected, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and I would stay again.

Breakfast and Peaceful Environment. Wi-Fi was fine on the floors but good in lobby area. Rooms are clean. we stayed at executive floor and rooms were way better than the other floors.
