Great location for the Royal International Air Tattoo roughly 40min drive. Great solid full english buffet breakfast with juices/coffees and pastries/cereal. Good bar and restaurant area with nice selection of food and drinks options. Rooms are modern and clean and beds are very comfortable. Check in and out very quick and easy. Leisure facilities include a good pool and spa area but we didnt use these. Vending machine in reception is a handy tool and reasonable prices.

Squeaky floors in room were a bit annoying but not exactly an issue for us personally and the rooms were quite warm with no air con. Fans and open windows were ok as it wasnt too hot during our stay but can see it would be difficult if it was.

Amazing room, felt so relaxed and comfortable, Shalom , the receptionist on duty , told me about an ogfer of a points system, due to it being a Best Western hotel, which i promptly signed, made full use of swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and spa , felt so good afterwards and ready for the long journey back home after a lovely breakfast too...thanks again for helping me out!

Unfortunately ( not my fault), nearly got either way, stung or slightly injured by a hornet wasp outside my hotel door, and promptly alerted the receptionists.. Then i was reading about it being an Asian hornet wasp and not the European kind...wouldn't want anyone else to suffer or have an infection like that...please be careful 🤔

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy and were next to each other, as requested. Breakfast was very tasty and easy to book (book at the hotel the day before for a reduced price). The pool was really nice - good opening times, clean, warm and not too busy, and the kids loved it!

There was a discrepancy between the Hotel and the Pool on whether our kids (14 and 16) were children or adults ('Child' in the hotel is under 12, but 'child' in the pool is under 16!?). Better communication and both having the same age definition of a child would be helpful.

Lovely first impression entering the hotel. The restaurant/ bar area is really nice and the food was lovely (in particular the beef & mushroom wellington with mash and gravy!) We had a suite and it was a lot bigger than expected, 2 adjoining rooms giving us plenty of space. The beds and pillows were very comfy, coffee machine, mini fridge and kettle provided along with plenty of mugs / glasses and water and crisps left which was a nice touch.

The shower was very hot? There was a warning re this. Not sure if it was me but I couldn’t turn the temperature down? The pool area was ok but was dated and the bridge leading to the hot tub in the middle smelt of damp, kids enjoyed it though and it’s not a big deal for us as we just wanted a cheap stay on our journey down south. Over all we would stay again!

I booked an executive suite but was rather disappointed that except for the fridge it was no different to a double room when I’ve stayed before. It was advertised with bathrobe slippers and toiletries the staff told me that you had stopped doing this but it is still advertised on the website booking.com. I actually think I should be compensated for this and just charged as a standard double room . I think also you should have part of the steps to reception a ramp so it easier for people to wheel the suitcase up and down.

Me and my family were at an event that’s why we chose this hotel because it was 5 to 10 minutes away from where we needed to be by taxi. We were not disappointed with our choice. The facilities are brilliant this very cold Jacuzzi steam room sauna room and the people with total strangers, but was very friendly and I’ll talk to you about anything even though they did not know you. The stuff I don’t do enough to help you with really enjoyed our stay and would use again. Thank you.

The shops were a bit of a distance if you were walking, but it was a hot day, but that did not dampen our stay. It just made it more enjoyable going round and seeing things when we could.

Room was a good size and comfortable, especially the bed! We were glad to see a fan unit included in the room which was a life saver during the warm night. We enjoyed our tea in the restaurant and breakfast that was included in the price the next day. The pool was a fantastic feature that was included in the price.

Cards only with no option for cash was a bit disappointing. The doors weren't soft closing like they are in Premier Inns and so we could hear doors slamming late at night when trying to get to sleep. Needing to pay for parking as this is not included with the stay.

I do not usually stay in large hotels like this in England as I prefer B+Bs or small hotels of character. I was really impressed by the room, service and staff: who were really helpful. Everything worked and tea and coffee was welcome. Breakfast was good too.

The location was out of town with nothing of interest in easy walking distance. There is a bus service nearby which I found out later, after a very long walk into the city, looking for a pub meal as restaurent was closed at the time I wanted due to a function. Food was good but pricey. I was disappointed to have to pay full price for motorbike parking.

Nice location to visit easy commute to Gloucestershire and Cheltenham by car, the hotel room was quite large and the shower was very good, we had a relaxing sleep with a very good breakfast every morning, we had an evening meal on both days and it’s was very good and very hot, the room could do with a little update however overall it meet my expectations so no I had no complaints , ever member of staff was very friendly and polite, will I visit again.? yes excellent two day break,

I never like paying to park the car although it was only £5 per day so for two night accommodation in total it was £15 , as a paying guest I believe the car park should be free, very thing else was good,
