Sadly we did not use any hotel facilities and merely used hotel for overnight stay. Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and tidy. We mainly choose this hotel due to distance to Heathrow Terminal 5. We used taxi and a hop on bus to commute that was very convenient.

There was nothing that we dis not like in our short stay. Just something to note that if no bus is available then you have to take taxi, but the small problem was that despite rather large fee for under 10 minute drive there will be taxis that will refuse to take you to the hotel and that we found rather unacceptable. There are times when bus goes once an hour so therefore taxi is an only option.

Comfortable rooms, food and service in the lobby area while waiting to check in was great. Staff were nice albeit slightly standoffish when we arrived so early. We did half board and the meal inclusions were good. Breakfast buffet was decent. We also had access to the executive lounge with drinks and snacks which was nice. Handy for a one night stay or to relax during a layover. Approx 10-15 mins to the airport, we were departing from T3 and this was a handy location with access to Uber or hotel shuttle.

Our flight got in quite early (unexpected 27hr layover) and we were not offered any early check in options - just told to wait until 3pm. Spa options and booking was confusing (told only 5pm was booked but then told only one person working in the spa so couldn't go together). There are no bathing suits etc for sale with minimal shopping options close by, just FYI as obviously we were not prepared for the layover so could not use the pool etc. We were told we could use the pool prior to check in if we wanted which was nice of them. Service for dinner was a bit slow.

It is easy to access from M4/40 and parking is readily available. The staff are consistently attentive and hardworking obviously working long shifts.

It’s unfortunate that the spa facilities have been downgraded. The salt spa and poolside showers have not operated for at least 3 years (victims of Covid?) and now the sauna has broken down. Todwaller restaurant seems to have been reduced to a bistro with a curious mix of western and Asian dishes, oddly fused. That said my meal of starters including a delicious dal was well presented and served and staff very helpful and polite.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent, especially the accessible and spacious room that perfectly accommodated my friend, who uses a wheelchair. We were also impressed by the food at the restaurant—everything was delicious and full of flavor both breakfast and dinner. The spa, steam room, and sauna were fantastic additions that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Although the room price is on the higher side, it is justified given the hotel's prime location. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. On the second day, my friend wanted to use the pool before checkout, but it was still covered, even though the spa is advertised to open at 12 noon. This might be worth addressing, as some guests, particularly those with mobility or health concerns, may rely on access to these facilities, especially after long flights. Additionally, robes and slippers were not provided in the room by default; we had to request them, which may not be immediately clear to new guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for the overall experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

A bit too far from the airport. I was hoping it would be on site or walkable as it was difficult to carry my suitcase onto the shuttle bus. Also the bus was overloaded on the route back. People had to stand and suitcases were everywhere, including on the seat next to the driver. Someone complained it was dangerous.

Great hotel... great hotel service

Food (dinner) service was really slow! The fire alarm kept going off while we were waiting... the manager (maybe).. said it just malfunctioning... but our waiter came out and apologized for our wait time and said that 'it shouldn't be much longer.. the smoke in the kitchen is clearing' I understand the manager not wanting to panic guests, but don't like being lied to. Food was great when it finally was able to come out!

A lovely hotel with very spacious, comfortable room. A well equipped gym and nice hydro pool and steam/sauna. The shuttle bus goes every hour to terminal 5.

I think the name is misleading because it’s nowhere near terminal 5 and it’s €30 in a taxi to get there. Buses to the hotel are very infrequent and I arrived at Heathrow very late so ended up shelling out for a taxi. The hours to use the pool are quite restricted and so I was asked to leave about 15 mins after going down there.

The bed & pillows were so comfortable. We had a sunset view from our rooms window. The food was very good & the catering manager that morning (15/6/25) was excellent, friendly & very organised.

The air con in the room wasn't on before we arrived, it was very hot & took a while to cool down. The wet room shower went everywhere, & we had to throw our towels down on the floor after each one took a shower, as the water was heading towards the door! (Room 410).

Super cool to be guest of the day, thank you! It added something nice to routine business travel, and was excellent to be able to use the business center. The hotel is lovely and clean, and breakfast was excellent.

I forgot that you have to pay the full cab fare from the airport, which is actually quite expensive. Also there is no way to walk safely from the airport even though it's relatively close. This was all.

Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, great executive level, pool, and snacks. Restaurant food was great and staff there were friendly. Room was super clean with great big towels and lots of soaps, robes, slippers, snacks, lighting and chairs. Very convenient for the Hotels/T5 bus. Safe area to walk around the hotel to stretch your legs.

The king size bed was way too hard. Felt like a mattress cover over a plywood box. The Welcome to Hilton T5 chocolate plane and fruit was a nice touch but it looked a bit tired like it had been out too long.
