Good location for visiting family and for getting the train to London on a couple of days. Comfy bed and good buffet breakfast. We took the room, breakfast and parking package, parking is then only £5 per night. Its so hard to find on site parking these days. Bring swimming costumes as use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym are included. Used room service only once when husband went out to meet friends. A little bit disappointing. The room service button on the phone puts you through to reception and when they transferred me it just rang and rang. Ended up going downstairs to order it myself. After 50 minutes waiting for my club sandwich I rang again and the receptionist did go to the kitchen for me. It appeared 5 mins later. Apparently bar orders were very busy. They did provide 2 complimentary drink vouchers to make up for it.

The room was very comfortable, quiet, offered all the amenities I required and - importantly, a comfortable bed with plenty of room around it. Overall, a very welcome, comfortable and successful stay in Sutton. The added bonus of secure car parking in any Greater London location, within the ULEZ regions of the city is a rarity; also, a London hotel, with a long and deep bath is as rare as hens teeth these days and one I was gleefully happy to languish in during my stay. Overall, I was very happy with my one night stay. With this hotel's proximity to mainline trains and buses to Morden (Circle Line), and just 25 minutes from J.9 on the M25, I would consider this an affordable and quieter alternative, that carries full leisure and dining facilities, to more central hotels for those visiting the city.

No bad points for the hotel as such, however the young couple in the room next to me were awfully loud and 'expressive' until 2am. A little soundproofing between the rooms would be welcome if this property is looking forward to a partial redecoration in the future. I had a very long day and was looking forward to a restful night before having to drive 5 hours north the next morning.

Its location the facilities the food

The noise at 1am in the morning from other guests, my granddaughter had to be up to go school, quite a few staying on the 2nd floor near us.

Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, courteous, happy and couldn't do enough for the customers, from reception at check, the house keeping staff, breakfast staff to Sasha and Rob in the restaurant and bar. They were all stand out and unfortunately these days a rarity, long may you all continue being good and happy in your work, it makes a difference. Rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, everything you needed, fresh and tasty. Cooked breakfast was a standout, perfect scrambled egg, bacon and sausage non greasy.

The weather??

This hotel is well located near Sutton station and town centre. It does have parking, which is quite unusual for a London hotel, but from what the people in front of me at check in were saying, you do have to pay. The rooms are large and clean, and the front desk staff are very helpful. There are nice extras like a gym, etc. The WiFi is fast and free.

There's no power outlet by the bed - just those weird old hotel plugs that don't let you plug a normal 3-pin in. This is highly frustrating in 2024, when everyone uses their phone as an alarm.

It is an excellent place to stay with superb friendly staff - all the staff were friendly. It is close to the town centre and the general facilities are great!

Although I was happy that the hotel provided parking facilities, but £15 a night is a bit steep for someone who is already paying nearly a hundred pounds per night for a room. I think the parking should be free or at least at a reduced rate of around £5 per night. I hope the hotel management will take this into consideration. This would put a lot of people off.

Beautiful room. Spacious, comfortable bed, amazing shower. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room well and were very polite. Fresh towels and beds made every day. Reception staff were so helpful and restaurant/bar staff were super helpful. We like to stay here because of the pool, which is lovely. We spend lots of time in the pool and I like the jacuzzi also. We also like the cleanliness and the closeness to the high street. Always a good stay.

There was a toilet and sink blockage in our room which affected our first night. The maintenance man came early the next morning so we didn’t get a lay in, but he did fix the problem. Staff were really helpful and we were given keys to a different room to use their bathroom over night. Staff were very helpful and this problem was fixed the following day. I was given a discount on my stay because of this. This did not affect our stay negatively at all. We still had a lovely break away.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and we really enjoy the Value for Money it offers and also for its location and the amenities (including the swimming pool). Ample parking space on site when you arrive with your own vehicle and the overnight stay carpark rate is very reasonable. Rooms clean, beds comfy, breakfast fabulous and healthclub/pool great to use and relax and staff very polite and helpful. Overall we enjoy our stay at this hotel and will return again in the future!

I own an Electric Vehicle and there wasn't any EV charging point at the carpark. There were couple of EV Charge points nearby but at very expensive rates, which I had to use as I was low on charge :(

I like the location which is already in the center of the town so it's very close to everywhere. My daughter likes the pool area and my husband likes the gym area. Our room is just enough for us, perfect for a family of 3-4. The staff are very accommodating. We chose to stay in IHG for my daughter's birthday, then when I ordered a cake for her yesterday to surprise her, they gave it for free and happily sang a birthday song for my daughter and the other guests sang for her as well. Kudos for the staff! Excellent customer service, they always smile and greet us 🫶🏼

The wardrobe is just too small for us and there were no hotel slippers but not a big deal ☺️

The pool and staff were great. Very helpful staff and so kind

The bath in the accessible room wasn't ideal and hard to get out of. The toilet is very bad in the disabled room the way the toilet bowl had been designed was horrible. Not enough lifts fir size of hotel. Also there was a lack of plug sockets none next to the bed whatsoever and only 2 in the room at the far side. If you had a cap machine to sleep with there would be no where to plug it in
