I had a good sleep—the bed was comfortable. However, housekeeping seemed to have missed wiping the mirror at the dressing table. The staff were okay, though not particularly friendly. During check-in on the night of the 8th April 2025 around 10 PM, the receptionist assisting us didn’t make eye contact or smile when I handed over my passport. On the other hand, the other receptionist was more approachable and even gave my husband some recommendations for local eateries.

Staff were lovely, the hotel is also trying to add to the sustainability. Bed was comfy, not too hard but not too soft. Big rooms for such an affordable price. Nice & close to orchard road. I would definitely stay again would just ask to be on a floor away from other residents due to sound.

Quite far from MBS & usual tourist attractions, we did op to stay at MBS for some nights and keep this hotel room with all our stuff so we didn’t have to lug our shopping/luggage around but was able to do so because of the affordability of this hotel. The night we did stay, we could hear our neighbor coughing all night and when we would come back we heard children crying. Might be due to having the ability to have connecting rooms for families, but it was annoying.

I like the location because is near Orchard Road and Malls

I was cheked in around 17:00PM and the room was not ready, actualy the Check in time is 15:00pm. The receptionist told us to wait until they clean up the room. I was very disapointed because we just have a long flight and we have childrens with us. I booked 2 rooms which is connecting and the other room was ready but the other connecting room was not ready yet. But When we were waiting in the other room we didn’t see or hear anybody cleaned the room. I was very upset and I went down to the receptionist and make complain about the that. Finally they let us open the connecting door. That was around 18:30PM .

The location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room clean with decent amenities. Pretty well designed...

The rooms are rather small and the bathrooms cramped, actually. Standard rooms have a tub + shower, which I do not like...the walls of the tub are high, so getting in and out is not easy, especially for an older person. Only one chair is provided, although there is ample room for 2. Providing only one seems to be a shortsighted way to save money. It would be nice to have wash cloths as well as hand and bath towels.

Central location. Bed was comfy and more than adequate

The hotel is in a great location proximal to the illustrious Orchard Road. It is within walking distance of some of Singapore's largest shopping centers such as ION or Paragon.

The breakfast costs more than 30 Singapore dollars but the choices are limited. I personally don't think it's good value for the money. Also, keep in mind the hotel's laundry service is quite pricey. If you're planning a long stay, this could add up and be a significant cost.

I loved the location of the hotel - that it was walking distance to Orchard Road and malls, yet nice and quiet. I also loved the 'vibe' of the hotel from the foyer to the restaurant to the pool. Great atmosphere! My favourite thing is the little blessing card that is left in the room for guests! Oh and the pool was absolutely perfect to refresh in after a hot day.

I was disappointed that there was no a-la-carte menu. It would be great to have a small selection of pastries and simple finger food/sandwiches etc that can be had with a coffee up at the coffee bar.

Very good location 10mn walking to Paragon shopping Nice pool but the noise from the construction next door ruins the charm, hope it won t last for months

General feel of the hotel was good. Clean room and good wifi.

Quite limited number of international TV channels.

The room is spacious and clean.

Location is not very good since it takes more than 10 minutes to Main Street.
