Upon arrival, there was a significant rush, and the reception desk was noticeably slow to respond. Guests were compelled to wait for nearly 1.5 hours before completing the check-in process.

Breakfast. Though lots of Bangladeshi visited there but Indians are given priority. Don't understand why? Seen people are wasting foods at breakfast. Hotel should have its own policy on wasting food. Concierge service is so poor that almost made to miss our flight.

Our stay at Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and excellent dining options. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food, catering to different tastes. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shopping malls, and nightlife. Transportation was convenient, with the BTS station just a short walk away. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel - very professional, but perhaps too impersonal, yet such a great location. We had a large suite and this was well worth it. The cleaning was perfect and the staff were excellent.

The front desk staff were efficient but if there is one area where there needs to be improvement for increased customer satisfaction, it would be in the interaction between reception and the public. The staff were good and efficient, yes, but the weary travelling public need friendliness and to feel they are in a home from home. I can understand why the front desk staff were that way because after all this is a large hotel with a HIGH throughput of guests, but ... still ... a smile would be welcome.

The Ambassador Hotel has an excellent location and is a very large property. I particularly liked the size of the lobby and courtyards. However, the swimming pool water was dirty and very cold (in January) and the men’s steam room had a stale smell, which might explain why it wasn’t frequently used. The connecting rooms were not soundproof, so could hear everything. Despite these issues, it’s still a nice hotel overall.

The new Sky Wing is exceptionally perfect. The rooms are the best I have seen in this price range. And no night life noise disturbed us.

As a returning customer, the Checkin has slightly improved. But the Checkout at 12:00pm is really bad. A long queue and only 3 out of 5 desk stations are open. And the receptionists are overwhelmed, giving wrong checkout instructions.In my case she has send me 3 times back to the room, such concierge were able to collect our 4 heavy suitcases. By that time the swipe card has expired, omg. how bad a simple Checkout can be.

Stayed here many times. I like the location in Sukhumvit area and ease of getting around by sky train and bus. Price is ok for the area.

The rooms are getting a bit tired, its an old hotel. Breakfast room a very busy place with lingering odours of multi national food and screaming children. I prefer to eat outside in the cafes along the road. They have taken away the lounge bar near the front desk. A shame, it was a great place to meet up with people and have a drink. Losing some of it's class.

All OK, clean and competitively priced is the short answer. The long answer: Dated/ air con on cold constantly/ shower curtain positioned so pours over floor (in rooms I seen) doors creak, bed had a creak, everything seemed to open noisily and you hear the traffic and people shouting 6 floors down. In need of an update but you will enjoy your stay for around £50 a night for a couple and I would probably stay again due to price.🙂

I liked the convenience of having breakfast in my hotel. ALL of the hotel staff were top tier including housekeeping, concierge, and restaurant. Beds were comfy and room clean. The location was good for travelling around the city.

I was looking forward to a robe and slippers not realizing my room didn't include them. The location of the main floor lobby is oddly placed and the fitness center placement is not convenient if you're on the square wing

Staff very helpful indeed!! Had very noisy guests next door. This room had a door to the adjoining room. Let staff know and they immediately offered upgrade to another room. Due to lateness of the hour, we opted to move first thing next morning. Staff organized the porter to collect out luggage and relocate to new room.

Hotel is in a particular nationality area. They are known for being rude and arrogant.
