Good airport hotel: Clean, Comfortable & close to airport. Great night market next door starting about 4.30pm. The pool and garden area was well maintained and nice to relax in. We checked out before breakfast, so we don't know if it was good. The hotel shuttle to the airport needs to be prebooked and was an efficient service appears they leave every hour on the half hour.

Didn't received any detailed on how to catch the free shuttle from the airport, send x2 messages via booking.com and received no reply. We know the airport well so headed down to the meeting point but could not find any signs or meeting location for this hotel. We ended up catching a taxi. One reception staff member could use some lessons in being less abrupt, other staff were lovely. They made multiple parties wait until 2pm for check in before allowing them to their rooms. There was no way all rooms were finished being cleaned the same time- looked like as a rule they would not allow early check in. Had to pay extra at check-out due to there being x2 3mm blood spots on the sheets were my husband scratched a mosquito bite on his ankle.

airport transfer was very fast and efficient, Super Swift check in at hotel, alarm call in the morning, airport transfer went when it said it was going to go. breakfast had great choice, near the street food stalls if you want food in the evening, near. 7-11, swimming pool of longer stay. very good value for money. also had tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Huge room with a balcony looking out over the courtyard and klong, watching birds nesting in the tree and the koi in the pond below. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Room was so clean. Air-conditioning was efficient. Water in the fridge. The bathroom is cute, nicely designed wet room with big tiles and soft lighting. Took a while to work out the shower but it was hot and good pressure. The building is easy to get round with the lifts in the middle. The reception team are helpful and friendly. Lovely area to sit inside, nice pool area, great cafe for breakfast or dinner by the edge of the water. The gardens are abundant with tropical plants, beautifully maintained. The fitness room was ideal, tiny little space with air-conditioning and free weights and a few cardio machines. Clean. It was all clean and beautiful! Heaps of shops and markets all really close. Atm 1 minute walk away.

Literally the only less good thing was that the rooms are not sound proofed on the inside door, and the doors are heavy, so you do hear your neighbours coming and going, but I wore earplugs to sleep and didn't notice any noise later in the evening. I think this is pretty standard for any hotel anywhere

Reasonably good location to the airport. just takes about 20 mins due to shear volume of traffic but that comes with a big city like Bangkok. there were also roadworks. beds very comfortable and clean. shower was not very inviting and if my husband didn't have some plumbing knowledge then we would have probably needed help to just switch it on. There is a small pool which I'm sure would be lovely if you had time to use it. The breakfast is pretty basic and the coffee is not really drinkable. We walked around to this lovely little shipping container coffee shop (6min walk) called Moka pot coffee-defintely head there if you like a decent coffee in the morning or just a nice refreshing drink. The staff at the hotel were lovely and very welcoming. There is a nice market out the front which is fun to walk around and 2 7-elevens close by. The airport pick-up was good, although we had to wait about 25-30 minutes before being picked up due to the traffic. I don't think we would have got there much quicker if we had taken our own taxi though due to the queues. Room service food was reasonable but slightly annoying they have a policy of not bringing in outside food and drink. We were ok with bringing stuff in from 7-eleven but not sure how they would feel if you ordered in food via Grab for example. Booking.com says that this hotel does not accept young children. This is not the case and I would advise it's changed as I'm sure if affects bookings. Our daughter did have to sleep in the bed with us but the bed was so big it didn't matter. Overall a good place to stay for a stopover.

The doors to the rooms were very noisy. We could hear people coming and going most of the night. Our door also made an awful noise when opening it which always made me feel bad for those that were probably sleeping!

A clean, quiet, economically priced hotel within a reasonable distance of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport, ideal for those needing to overnight not far from the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with water and coffee making facitities provided and a small fridge. Early breakfast starts at 6 a.m.

Nothing of serious note. Individual bedside lights would have been helpful. Current road-building works make travel to the hotel slower than expected at present but once they have been completed it will make a big difference. For the time being, try to avoid rush hour travel - but this is true for most of Bangkok!

A good functional hotel for a night between flights from Bangkok’s main airport. Pick up and return service from the airport included in the price, room was fairly sparse but had everything we needed for a short stay and bed was comfortable. Very efficient check in/check out. Booked a deluxe room which had a view over the canal. Breakfast was ok, no yogurt or pastries and a lot of Thai style breakfast dishes, so we just had toast and a bit of fruit, but at less than £40 for the night (including the breakfast and transfers) it was excellent value for money.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent value for money including free shuttle to the airport plus breakfast. We ate dinner there as well and the food was really good. Nice location (for the area), close to a canal, lovely relaxing garden and pool. An excellent choice to break your journey. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a view of the pool and garden. Lovely !

For the money you get a lot of value - big room (we had the family room), pool, breakfast at the river, airport transfer and good location. Even though the hotel is a 15 minutes drive from the airport (and therefor some people will think is does not qualify to be an airport hotel) it feels very convenient and easy as the have a direct and quick transfer to and from the hotel. The room have a nice balcony (as for a room with views of the river) where you can enjoy the sound of Bangkok waking up in the morning. The pool is very clean and nice and the restaurant has outside tables, where you can enjoy your meals, which is very nice. Outside the hotel you will find a big marked, a 7Eleven and (on your right when standing with your back to the hotel) two small local food trucks and a lady selling juices etc. Here we got some of the best food we ever had in Thailand (and we been here many times and even lived and worked here). Is was even som of the cheapest food we ever had - 220 baht for four dishes! We would recommend this place to anyone who needs to be close to the airport for a night or two.

The breakfast was decent but nothing more than that. For the price though it was what to be expected and it will fill your stomach until lunch. The water in the shower can be a little difficult to turn on and there is no shower curtain so the floor get wet. But these are all minor things when you pay as little as you do for a room. I would stay here again.

Shuttle times to the airport need to be increased and consistent every half hour.
