We have city view from our room at level 18👍🌅. Location is good 5 minutes away from the BTS station (🚝National Stadium W1, exit 1 & 2), if with baggage can use exit 3 lift 🛗 to ground level and turn right toward Ibis Hotel direction. There’s a McDonald at hotel ground level which opens till 2am and 2 Seven-Eleven stores are a few blocks away which can buy snacks anytime when passing by. At level 7 there is a laundry room to wash clothes anytime with detergent autofill $100 Thb/load. Breakfast is served 6-10am and is nice to start our day.

Clean and modern hotel, superbly situated for Siam, MRT and Jim Thompson. Rooms were of a decent size and well appointed. Looks recently decorated. All the staff, without fail, were polite and helpful without being asked. Really good standard for a mid range/ budget hotel.

Loses a mark for us for a really mediocre breakfast: struggled to cope with enough hot food at peak time, stale croissants, horrible coffee and finding crockery/cutlery was a bit of a treasure hunt. Sadly included in the price. Would definitely stay again but use the appended McD instead, anyway.

So close to sky train, about a 2min walk. Also close to MBK mall about a 5min walk. 2x 7eleven stores nearby and a Mc Donald’s connected to the actual hotel on the ground floor. ATMs and money exchange machine was really convenient to have right outside the ground floor. Breakfast buffet was really nice and having laundry facilities was also nice. One side of the hotel overlooks a few stadiums so u could catch a glimpse of games happening there. The rooms are quite spacious and has everything you need. Really enjoyed my stay here.

One of the security staff was quite pushy when I was trying to exchange my money at the machine. He was adamant that he will draw money from his Thai account and exchange it for my foreign money. I would think it’s because he could get a better rate elsewhere with my money. I ended up walking to the mall and exchanging it there.

Location is excellent. Plus point - the is a Macdonald's just at the hotel.

We found 2 cockroaches inside the bathroom.

It is so difficult to find hotels with smoking room nowadays, not for myself but for my dad. I had a non-smoking room. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from National Stadium BTS and also close to MBK, Siam. Breakfast was great with hardworking staffs always walking around to clear used utensils to quickly make space for new hotel guests. Complimentary breakfast located at 7th level between 6-10am and they have a guide pasted in the lift to provide a guide on the low and high traffic of the breakfast buffet. The non-smoking room I stayed in was clean and Aircon was super cold. Hotel counter staffs were friendly, professional and always smiling. Thank you

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the affordability made it great value for money. Its location near a shopping center and a train station made getting around convenient. The staff was exceptional—friendly and attentive to all requests. The amenities were more than adequate, and I especially appreciated being accommodated on a higher floor upon request, offering a great view.

The breakfast offered halal options, which was a plus, but I had concerns about potential contamination since pork was served as well. Additionally, there was no swimming pool, and personal care kits weren’t provided automatically and had to be requested.

Changed everyday, delicious, easy to eat. Also allow guests to grab and go. - Nice staffs, got upgrade the room with better view.

- Poor wifi, i always have to use 5G - Tv in the room cannot connect to the wifi - Air con is so weird, its even colder when not open 😀

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Siam, conveniently located near MBK and the BTS station. The breakfast was enjoyable, and our kids particularly liked it. The hotel amenities were sufficient, though we missed having an in-room iron, which seemed unusual. Overall, it was a great experience. A special thanks to Mr. Kristopher K. at the reception desk for his kindness and exceptional support in accommodating all our requests.

I loved the cleanliness and the room, toilet etc. Peter the front office staff was awesome. Helped us a lot with a pleasant and smiling face. He seemed to be empathizing with a pax's requirement. Full marks to him, since I did not get overall friendly treatment across where I went, but he was exceptional.

Wish there was an in-house restaurant. For travellers who may want an option to have a quick lunch/dinner. One can't live every meal on McDonalds if that's the alternative. For foreign travellers, if there is an option to order food from outside with the staff's help on an app, it would be great. Doesn't make sense to download self and do it.

great location good staff good price

breakfast wasn’t good as I’ve been there 3 years ago and they changed it a bit. the electricity sockets in the room wasn’t good and I couldn’t connect to them, they had to send some one to fight with it and connect with a lot of power, and didn’t really fix it… but I couldn’t connect to the other socket I would still recommend this hotel but don’t expect more then you should from it
