i advise all my friends if they are planning to go to Bangkok to book in this hotel as it has a very good location everything around , MOST of the mall are around no need to take a car you can walk like siam paragon , siam discovery , central world and mbk Starbucks in front of the hotel and open 24 hours massage places all around the hotel all of restaurants few minutes around the hotel rooms are so clean and perfect size breakfast area and food are so good

sometime there are a bad smell in the hallways and in the lobby kindly consider my comment for better services to take care of the smell of the hotel

Hotel is located right next to Siam Paragon and you can walk to MBK and Central World easily. Siam BTS is also literally at the doorstep. The Executive Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The canapés served at the lounge in the evening was really really good - very tasty and leaves you wanting for more, and the menu is different every day. Staff from the lounge to reception were all very friendly and helpful and they make you feel very welcome.

The breakfast buffet spread at level 2 had a good variety of options but the food quality was rather average and it gets very busy. The breakfast served at the lounge however had limited option but it is alot more quieter and would be ok if you are not really starving.

Crown Park Hotel Seoul offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city. The hotel has a modern and clean design, with rooms that meet expectations in both comfort and functionality. During our stay, we used two different room types due to our flexible travel plans: the Deluxe Three-Person Room (with three single beds) and the Connected Rooms (two standard rooms combined — one with two single beds, the other with a double bed). Both options were clean, well-maintained, and suited our needs perfectly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth each time, and the staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent — within walking distance of shopping areas, cafés, and key attractions — making it a practical base for exploring Seoul. Overall, Crown Park Hotel provided a pleasant and reliable experience and can be recommended for both short and extended stays.

“I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk or quick ride to top shopping destinations like Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, and MBK Center. Whether you’re looking for high-end brands or local finds, everything is so close. The hotel is also near great cultural spots like Jim Thompson House and Wat Pathum Wanaram, which made sightseeing so convenient. For evening entertainment, Asiatique The Riverfront and the Ratchada Train Market are just a short trip away. Perfect place for anyone looking to explore Bangkok’s best shopping and attractions!”

However, I did notice that the ropes and the towels in my room had an unpleasant odor, which impacted my comfort. I believe that a stronger detergent or more thorough cleaning would make a big difference. I hope the hotel can address this issue, as it has great potential to offer an even better guest experience. We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square from start to finish! Despite our scheduled check-in time being 2 PM, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early in the morning. Since rooms were available, they kindly checked us in almost 4 hours early, which was a fantastic start to our visit. The rooms were well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay—an impressive spread featuring multiple cuisines and catering to various dietary needs. We especially enjoyed the live cooking station where eggs were made to order exactly as we liked. The location is another major plus, with easy walking access to public transport and numerous shopping malls. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another stay!

The staff was attentive and accommodative to our requests and the needs when travelling young children. Location was great, about 5 minutes walk away from BTS station. Our kids enjoying watching the train coming and going everyday. Breakfast variety was decent, room was spacious, clean even though some furniture can be a bit old. Complimentary water was replenished everyday. We also used the pool which has a smaller pool for kids. The longe was also comfy and offers yummy food.

The only thing we didn't like was there was no longer a kid's corner. Perhaps good to have some play elements for kids at the swimming pool.

1. A big problem that the owner should use money on immediately is change of doors. They dont stop any noise from hallway and they are extremly noicy. Its like a bomb every time someone is coming or going. If its not possible to change all dors at the same time, they should change on the 2 highest floors, so people that say they want a quite room, can get so. 2. To cold in the lobby in the evening 3. To many mosqitous in the lobby 4. Terrible breakfast

Incl. poolboys, reception, doorman, elevatorman, lounge, bar, roomservice, travelagent etc etc 3. Very close to the BTS 4. Big pool with sunshine alle day and not any big buildings close by that make shaddow (the Europeans wants sunshine) 5. Beautiful views if you ask for high floors 6. Nice atmosphere

Should use some money on changing hoteldoors, so you dont hear everyone in the korridor(the walls between the rooms are ok, its only the doors). 4. The sunbeds are not comfy, they really need thick madrasses. Very, very hard and made a way you can not lay on your stomach.

I like that the Accor Club Members and VIP are only on the 18th Floor it gives it an exclusive feel to the members and our two bedroom suite was nice Rm 1813&1815 with the adjoining lounge room nice space For four people . I like the Happy hour only for Exclusive Members only I looked forward to that time after a hard day at the office and it was well Catered for ,the staff that were manning the VIP lounge were very kind and courteous to us nothing was a problem ,the staff member Khun Burn was a delight nice to see her in the morning she was very good ,food was good as all ways.

I don’t think I could fault anything this time which is good for the Establisment so well done.

We liked the staff who were very helpful and gentle. Breakfast very good with variities of food offered. Location excellent all big shoping malls, shops and eateries at walking distance. It's the 3rd time we are staying in this hotel and plan to come back again.

Although everything is very good I think the room charges are high for the services offered. Also the exchange rates from usd to thb at the hotel is way too low than what the banks offer. Besides that we have no other complains, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
