Rooms were great extremely comfy beds and pillows very clean. Fresh drinking water every day. Amazing shower and facilities. One downside was for our 12 night stay there was very little drawer/ storage space so mostly living out of our suitcase. Very good breakfast - got very busy had to adjust our times. Coast bar was great staff were so friendly and attentive and they did a good value 2 hours all you can drink.

Lifts! We spent lots of time waiting for a lift and often they were completely full. Only 3 lifts each side of the hotel and the hotel was full when we were there.

Cant fault the property, our room was beautiful, sea view, nice sun loungers out on the balcony.. tea and coffee supplied, small bottle of water daily.. the shower was so lovely, never a problem with the temperature.. the pool area is amazing, its clearly designed for kids, and it is worth taking the kids, so much to do, one thing that we weren’t happy was about, they blocked around £400 on our card, for damages, but it takes 14 days to be returned…

Its not a real dislike, but the hotel could do with a curtesy bus to go up to the main road… we saw a few hotels around the area, did provide one… the staff didn’t take notice of the do not disturb sign.. which could of been embarrassing… and they knocked and walked in, even with the sign saying not too…

The location of the hotel right on the sandy beach was great. The tropical garden of the hotel with slides and pools was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the daily activities for the kids were fun. The rope center with zipline was also nice.

We had two rooms. Probably the worst thing was the "too intelligent" lighting and fan system in the rooms. The system was supposed to turn on the dim lights near the floor when you went to the toilet at night, for example. But the reality was that the lights in the rooms turned on all the time and whenever you moved in bed, all night long. It was impossible to sleep at all. The fan also started up by itself at any time, even at night. When we complained about the problem at the reception, they immediately sent a technician and restarted the system. It worked for a while, but after a few days the situation repeated itself. The final solution we came up with was to turn off the main circuit breaker in the rooms at night.

Refurbished rooms are nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff with rapid response to requests (eg bottle opener, extra towels). Quick check in and luggage delivery. The Water Park is a fantastic extra for young children, also many organised activities.

It is a busy hotel and there are still some communication issues in the organisation. Breakast format is changing but it needs delegation to ensure key items don't stay empty for a long time (eg juices, fruit). Egg station was very poor! Pricing of in-hotel restaurants is not correct as they were always empty. A pigeon infestation in the outside breakfast area, despite the staff shooing them away. A more aggressive solution is needed as the birds raid your table while you are away. Is this a health issue?

We enjoyed the variety of options and activities available for children. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering choices that catered to all nationalities. The room we stayed in was newly renovated, and the staff were warm, helpful, and friendly.

The room we stayed in had several issues: 1. The night lights were faulty. When we requested a repair, the lights were disengaged instead of being fixed, leaving us without night lights for the entire stay. 2. The TV stopped working, and it took a while to resolve the issue. 3. The fan sensor was faulty, causing the fan to turn on automatically. 4. The balcony lacked sufficient security, making it possible for toddlers to slip through the railings, which is a serious safety concern.

The room felt new, and its design effectively maximized the available space. Modern amenities were tastefully incorporated into the bathroom. The generous balcony further enhanced the room's appeal. Breakfast was satisfactory, featuring a live cooking station; guests leaving hungry would be doing so by their own choice. I cannot comment on the vegetarian or vegan options. The resort's overall concept was well-executed, offering ample activities for children. The pool's size prevented overcrowding. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Hey, it's still a work in progress, so not perfect yet. The onsen's down, and one of the elevators was out of order, which was a pain at busy times. The pool could use some warming up, and maybe a kiddie section – they get freezing after half an hour! It's huge though, and really deep in places, almost 4 meters. The birds at breakfast are fun for the kids, but not great for hygiene, especially with a buffet. And a taxi into town is going to cost you over 300 baht each way.

The swimming pool cum water park was a fun place for the whole family to enjoy. 6. The environment and crowd is very family friendly.

1. The baby cot was horrible. 2. The commode area could use an exhaust fan. 3. The railing in the balcony needs to be at least 6 more inches higher for keeps the kids safe.

It has a water theme park which is perfect for family trips and you can spend your entire trip inside the hotel! The rooms are very clean and spacious, friendly staff, breakfast buffet has unlimited options

Rooms were very clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The view the higher up you go of the bay around pattaya was extremely good. The amenities like lazy rivers, the pools, the spa, kids areas, beaches with swimming and jetskis, and rooftop bar was top notch. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the aircon always reset itself to 25. Would have liked it to keep to even 19 or around there.

Excellent location and facilities

Staff wasn’t good enough and I made a complaint to the manager there because they were having a wedding and a music festival in the garden one night of our stay. Our one year old daughter couldn’t sleep because of this noise. It went on until almost midnight! This is a family hotel and probably 70% of the guests have babies so it’s totally unacceptable to have a music festival in the nighttime. The manager was not professional and didn’t offer me anything except a late check out that we didn’t even need. I was really disappointed and even made a complaint to Booking.com but the hotel never responded
