It was enjoyable to watch and see the newer wealthier people’s life styles of the country in the hotel’s neighborhood. Very interesting, and I wish the best luck to your country’s future. Good security, and appreciated. Very watchful of the ground floor stuff. Love it.

I was very disappointed by finding out the fact that one of the reception stuff who took care my account cheated 130000(not much but…) sum as the minibar expenses by double charging it on my account. What happened was that I did already pay for the minibar expense specifically in cash to the reception mentioned above prior to make payment for the lodging when I checked out. Although I did clear my minibar expense by giving the person cash, he charged the 130,000 as minibar expense again. I found out the mishaps on my hotel receipts later, and made me very sad. I feel sorry for such struggle that some people have to make to achieve decent living.

We’ve enjoyed the pool, sauna, breakfast, room service and of course the view from our room.

The heating wasn’t that good. For the room price, it would have been wonderful if we there was Netflix available. Even YouTube inaccessible. The bar was nice. However, there was nothing else but espresso. At check out we were asked whether we used it for additional charges, that implies, there should have been stuff there we could have consumed. Finally, there was one night our driver was stopped by security and couldn’t drop us at the hotel’s entrance. We had to walk for around seven minutes in the cold. It would have been ideal if there’s an alternative route to the hotel for such instances.

The stay was good, excellent breakfast, and restaurant staff (Humayun) was very nice. In general, the stay was nice.

One thing they messed up was the airport transfer. Booked it for my husband who doesn’t speak Russian so he avoids all the drivers outside airport talking to him, but it was pretty much waste of money because they messed it all up. Too many details to go into, so I won’t, but they apologized and in general the stay was nice.

It was my second stay in Hilton and I still liked the room and the comfortable bed, great swimming pool and fabulous breakfast with great variety of choices. In addition we spend nice time in the evening at the roof top 21st floor restaurant enjoying fountain show.

This time it was quite of a confusion - we booked two rooms and check in took quite long (unexpectedly as it was nothing too complex but perhaps checking in a person at the counter and serving another Client on the phone is not necessarily the best idea. And it would be great to see on bar menu more Uzbek wines and Uzbek cognac - there are fantastic cognacs in the country so plenty to be proud about and zero on the bar menu.

The breakfest was perfect

We were third people. Two of us family a single. The family room was checed for single and less room was given to famlly. After check out we were in the car when reception man find us and said we didnt pay for the mini bar in full price. We have not time to discuss with him and pay . Despite we sharply calculate our mini bar.

The breakfast is great, true taste of the Uzbeck food and lots of fresh fruits. The table service is in time and for sure is better than other Hiltons I've stayed. Bed is very comfortable, security people did keep their eye on this place 24hrs, and I like the sense of international that you can see vistors from all over the world stay here. After all, I suggest vistors to check the city park at 7pm. Seeing locals with their children in the park playing around is the scene I'll always remember.

Accidently found a piece of unpleasant litter in the bed table. Hope the cleaning staff could pay attention to this part during work.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Tashkent! The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect - safe and close to all the sights.

While the location and breakfast were excellent, I encountered some initial challenges with the front desk staff. A simple request for a taxi and a prayer space took longer than expected. However, I was fortunate to connect with a supervisor and another staff member who were incredibly helpful and prioritized my needs. This positive experience ultimately saved the stay for me. Some additional staff training on guest requests and alternative solutions could further enhance the customer experience.

impressive hotel with friendly staff. breakfast is well spread out and has plenty of options. it is clean and modern. there is an ATM inside the hotel for your cash withdrawals. for guests with families - there are very interesting activities right across the hotel in the park, including ice cream vendors, pizza outlets, celebrity museum and a planetarium. Another tip- if you book a room which gives you complimentary loung access - that would be great decision. The lounge on the third floor is better than most business class lounges at airports. For shoppers - the smartest and the latest Mall in Tashkent with designer outlets incuding Zara etc is walking distance.

They allow smoking in restaurants 😱😱❌❌, no buffet for lunch / dinner even in weekends, crowded by outside members at pool gym & spa, too crowded due events / meetings and on weekends due weddings

Everything, I am very impressed with everything the hotel has to offer. Once you walk into the entrance there is a Hall of Fame showing all the public figures from all over the world that stayed at the hotel. One you stay there you understand that it is simply the best hotel. The location is very central and right in front of the city park and a new mall that recently opened, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the hotel is very elegant, and most importantly the staff are extremely friendly helping us with storing our luggage, ordering taxis, late checkout etc. I had a similar experience at Hilton Samarkand as well and for the first time I feel a sense of loyalty to a hotel brand given the consistency I’ve seen across the world. Hilton Tashkent stands out as well.
