Property is excellently located with access via a carpark to the Paragon shopping center with supermarket and many food outlets. Room is very well appointed, spacious and comfortable with excellent quality bedding and with thoughtful additions. When there was an equipment failure in my room the staff were highly responsive and replaced my refrigerator within 24 hours. They were happy to relay food deliveries, store my luggage for a month between stays, and provided lots of helpful information. Will definitely be returning, again and again.

I would have appreciated a toaster in the room (in addition to the Nescafe machine, water boiler and kettle. Also a slightly smaller saucepan and a bread knife.

Size of the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for my needs. Location is quite central, convenient if need to walk out. Bed was comfortable. The AC worked well too. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a good vibe to come back to.

For the ensuite bathroom, it would be nice to have handrails in the shower area as well as the toilet. This would have been very helpful for my husband who has restricted mobility. Having said that, the floor was non-slip, so that is a good thing. The other area for improvement would be the kitchen. While the appliances, cutlery and crockery are perfect, it lacks kitchen towel for me to wipe up spills on induction plate or sink top after washing. I ended up using bathroom hand towel to dry my hands, and I bought a pack of kitchen towels from convenience store to wipe down counter top.

I didn’t like the payment system . Unfortunately my credit card wasn’t work and at the time of confirmation I didn’t see in booking.com that cannot pay cash. Our check in was 27th morning around 9 o’clock but in that time to get room is very difficult,so booked it from 26th. My two credit cards wasn’t work , I told the person pls deposit cash in usd or s $ afternoon time I’ll close it,but he didn’t allow as it was there rules. I respect rules . But with two kids and wife it was very bad experience as we want this time to get treatment. So hope about this booking.com will work. Sorry to writing long.

We had booked 2 one bedroom suite and the rooms were very spacious with a full kitchenette. The bed and comforters was very soft. Ascott Orchard is connected to Paragon Mall. The property is in the heart of Orchard, there are lot of options for shopping and also many good restaurants.

The only issue we faced was that the property does not provide potable water. For any guest who has just traveled from their country, water is the first thing one looks for once arriving to his room. The staff guided us to download the app and finally we could order water for us.

The location as it’s situated near malls and halal eateries. Sufficient space for clothes/luggage. Microwave and coffee machine.

Executive Studio isn’t really spacious, as it is enough space for two. The use of Bone China for all plates and cups as it’s not permissible for Muslims, so we bought different cups and plates to be used in our room. Cold tiles in bathroom.

The property is located near all the malls and mrt in Orchard Road. It's not on the main roas but just a short walk from the nearest bus and mrt stop. The room was spacious, clean, and complete with toiletries and amenities. The bathroom is also big and equipped with a bidet that most hotels in singapore don't have! All the staff were polite and helpful as well. I did not get to see the pool and the gym due to time constraints but i'll definitely stay here again when I'm in singapore

The room wifi was difficult to connect to for other devices. My partner's phone and my extra phone were connected to the lobby/public wifi instead of the room wifi

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at ASR Orchard in Singapore. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy, reflecting high standards of maintenance. Location was fantastic as we wanted to have easy walking access to Orchard Road yet secluded from the noise and bustle

The bathroom, in particular that the shower area was oddly placed right beside the bath tub without a separate cubicle of its own. Perhaps better if the bathroom had either a bath or shower. Not both as is

We arrived at 11AM and had expected that we won't be able to get into our room until 3PM. As it turned out, our room was ready! Not only that, we were upgraded from a 1 BR to a 2BR apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 preteens). Beds were very comfortable and we appreciate the daily cleaning done in the unit. Water bottles were always replenished each time our room was cleaned. We also love the full size kitchen, very convenient to prepare our own breakfast every morning. There's a washing machine and a drying rack, which we didn't use. Location is superb! This was our second stay here and will definitely book again for our next visit to Singapore.

The AC in the main bedroom is not as cold as anywhere else in the unit, but really is not a big deal. No microwave in the kitchen. This is a personal one, but as I'm 5'3" the upper kitchen cabinets are way too high for me to get anything above the first shelves.. but there are dining chairs that can help reach what I needed all the way up :)

It was beyond my expectation! Our 2 bedroom suite was very clean and spacious, fully equipped and great for family! The bedroom was spacious! The bed was so comfortable! The location was so accessible to shopping malls! The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional!
