Friendly assistance through WhatsApp. Strategic location - nearby MRT station and bus stop. I see that they now provide towel, which probably wasn't the case last time based on the older reviews I read. A free small locker is given to lock valuables inside. Other guests were all super silent during their stay and I was impressed with the attitude.

Would be great if the curtain of the pod can be locked from outside, so that we don't have to pack our things everytime we're leaving the pod. If you have big luggages, it can be difficult to keep them inside the room, as it's a small room.

Hostel staff is very nice and helpful. Pods are equipped with 3 different lights, adjustable air flow, big mirror, 3 points you can hang your belongings and curtain (lockable from inside). They were comfortable, clean and safe. Hostel had free tea and coffee all time. Free self-service laundry at evening. There was many tables and chairs where you could eat, drink and read at any time.

Because of the location you can hear the traffic from the road.

It's my 3rd time to stay here and as usual the hotel staff are always accomodating. My bed is clean even underneath the mattress. Clean fresh sheets, pillows and towels. Free coffee all day. The staff are mostly women from the Philippines so cleanliness is highly assured . Will definitely stay again as I'm already comfortable and familiar with the area. Feels like home to me.

This time they always ran out of shampoo and body wash but you can always ask for refills. I always bring my own toiletries. It's better to be prepared and have options.

Location is good for going to Little India. Pod is new and room is wide. Enough clothes hanger and lockers are good

MRT to airport takes long way. The road is one way so you have to take a walk 15 minutes to reach the first stop Less shower room and toilet

I had a very late flight and arrived at the Hive about 02:30 Sunday morning. Although no staff was visible, my key was sitting the front desk with name attached. I quickly found my capsule and all went smoothly.

In the morning, the coffee container was empty, however did get replenished a little later. Otherwise all was good

The lady working the counter when I arrived was really nice. There was a bit of a mix up with pods, but she did everything she could to fix it and was really kind. I would stay again.

Probably a little far for transport wise for switching lines to get there from airport

The girl in the reception her name was Yen was vary helpful, we were looking for a place to sleep between our flight ,with early check in around 11 am and early check out the same day! After a demand via email they said if its an available room we could get it earlier. When we reach the hostel Yen gave us the keys for the check in immediately..👌😁

The pods were really nice and comfortable! Very nice and helpful staff:)

The people staying there were an older crowd. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was close to public transport which was nice.

There's a common place where you can work. They have free coffee , water, and self-service laundry. Also, the capsule style has a little table for a laptop. It's also close to the train station and bus stop.

I think going up to the top bunk bed creates noise, and I feel bad for those who are sleeping already. Also, the shower room near our room has no shampoo and soap so I have to go to the other building.

The seating areas, hot and cold water facility, location all great and the hostel overall had a chill vibe. The noise rule awesome and other guests were respectful. The best part of the experience was dealing with a girl that had the best customer service skills and the friendliest nature. Every hostel/hotel needs someone like this at reception dealing with guests.

I believe the pull down shades on the pods needs to be black and thicker to block out the light. I believe night lights should be used in rooms after example 10 or 11pm, rather than a bright bedroom light.
