The property is well maintained and there was everything you expect is there in a beach resort

The staff, especially the room service and the F&B staff were very obnoxious and rude. It felt like they were really trying their best to piss you off for small things . Like keep on telling you prices while you can read them or try their level best for you to buy the buffet and not to order from Ala carte. btw the food quality is horrible as a chef I can tell most of the items are readymade and poor quality. It was hard to believe as a hotel looks and feel was opposite to the food quality and staff . I love to spend money on vacations but i wasn't sure how to spend it as the food was completely disappointing.

It was an amazing vacation loved it and thanks for an spectacular experience. Worth visiting highly recommended. Special thanks to Mr. Ram Chandra Thapa, he made our stay amazing and memorable, he was so cooperative, soft spoken and is professional asset to the mena resort and that's great that mena has such outstanding staff, thanks to all.

We loved it overall stay was relaxing and perfect.

Everything was good except the deluxe room which was provided to us was having ac issues, but as we brought to their notice regarding this issues,, GM upgraded my stay to a personal Villa

The beach/sea are very nice here. We got upgraded to a villa which was a really nice surprise.

Unfortunately the restaurant area was a big disappointment because rubbish was left piled high on all tables. It was really upsetting to go into the restaurant for breakfast and be surrounded by dirty tables that were left like that. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. It would be better if you could stop using disposable plastic plates and go back to using proper china plates. This restaurant used to be very clean, well organised and have plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Unfortunately this visit it looked more like a school cafeteria.

The villa's style. The Seawater and Sea activities. The resort staff. The room facilities. Suitable for kids.

The buffet variety and rate. The pool, football playground, and tennis court need to be indoors because of the Hot weather. The room rate needs to be reconsidered.

Reception staff were good. Room service was not good, cleaning staff didn't clean the room. Buffet staff wasn't professional. Needs improvement and better service.

The staff is helpful specially the house keeping, room views are great and the swimming pool is good. The king room is big and the bed is very comfortable.

The beach is not maintained and needs to be cleaned. The property is far from restaurants. There is no microwave in the room.

Everything was fine. Mr. Ram and the Guys at teh Restaurant are really good and helpful.

Its okay. The service is a bit slow. Although it depends from customer to customer as per the requirements or timings.

Non deliverable for hungerstation or other food items or else The mosque is lil far esp for friday prayers...uber costs too much if you dont have ur own conveyance....
