The receptionist named "Arab" is exceptional at providing great customer service. He's very attentive, even when there's a queue, and he always makes sure to give each person enough time. His professionalism and etiquette shine through.

I found the hotel to be very tidy and could notice there was continuous cleaning. As for a solo traveller ( and probably even for 2 ) the room met all my expectations, having all the necessary and more than anticipated amenities. Much of the staff were of great help. To mention three amongst others, as they were very supportive to me all the way during my stay with all my necessary queries and needed arrangements were Mr. Rdnh/k, Mozibur and Mohammed Al-Asisi.

I thought that the location was more in the centre, at least, from what I assume /impression given to be in it's advert. Though this is subject to correction as I was a bit in a rush to find a hotel, hence might read incorrectly. The other issue was, at least I, found the Wi-Fi a bit weak. Personally I believe that shuttle service from and to the airport would be appreciated.

I like the room - Actually, I let the staff know in advance about my early check-in - when I arrived at 6 am there was no room I had to wait for 4-5 hours in the lobby / After that they free upgraded my room to the suit room. The room was really good and big enough. The staff was lovely. Receptionists Hussam and Abdulrahman took good care of me. Also, Hausekeeping Nasreddin took good care of the room.

I am not sure but something in the breakfast made me sick. Maybe because of the oil they used. Except that everything was perfect for me.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt welcomed. Ammar's check-in process was smooth and quick, and I didn't wait for my room. The lobby is charming, with a colorful decor that adds to its appeal. My room was modern and cozy, with a comfortable king bed and a spacious bathroom. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, with a buffet that offered a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. Dinner was also excellent, and the dining area was clean and inviting. The small shop in the lobby has nice souvenirs, and Saeeda, with her friendly nature and helpfulness, made the shopping experience enjoyable. I am particularly grateful to Ammar for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professional demeanor, which significantly contributed to my memorable stay. Your team is fortunate to have such a dedicated individual. Thank you for the kindness and hospitality that made my stay truly special.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Reception staff is nice for the most part. They take a lot of time but are friendly overall, except for one big guy who's not so friendly. Room is cozy and comfortable with most of your requirements completed. Bathroom water is lovely and warm, all amenities available, too. Decent view from the room. Swimming pool and gym available and very adequately sized with great ambiance. Breakfast by far was the best experience in any hotel I've ever stayed at, including 5-star hotels. The dish variety is incredible; there are food options from around the world and that, too, with diverse choices. All the food is richly prepared and the restaurant has a wonderful design that makes you comfortable. Location is near enough to most of the major malls and also close enough to the airport so it won't cost you much. They accept cash and debit cards so you have multiple options to pay.

Check in too very long. An hour. And with no explanations; they just made us wait. There was also a miscommunication. The friendly reception staffer gave me a 5% discount for the wait and an additional hour for checkout. However, when I asked the following morning, another staffer (the big unfriendly guy) bluntly told me no and his accent was hard to discern so I thought he said to check out by 12. When I did check out, the friendly guy had returned and told me he had entered my 3 pm check out in the system so I didn't need to check out but it was too late by then.

The staff are very professional. We requested in advance to have an early check-in at 2 pm, which they actually applied once we arrived. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast for our stay. The hotel location is good at the intersection between madina road and tahlia road. It's a walking distance for different dining options on tahlia road. The hotel has great facilities, a spacious and well equipped gym in addition to the pool and a billard table. The hotel is new and very clean and the room size is much bigger compared to Ibis hotels in other countries. A value for money hotel.
