Nice new modern hotel with spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms with extremely comfortable beds - we were tired after a long journey and these were much appreciated! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our early check-in request. The lobby was very stylish and relaxing with an impressive water effect on the back wall. Ordering food to the hotel was easy, and the breakfast was buffet style with good options.

While there were plenty of decent options of breakfast (especially the freshly prepared eggs/omelettes on request), some of the cooked options are below par and they should consider investing in better quality brands even if it means increasing the price a little (baked beans, sausages, crocquettes, some of the pastries etc were a let down). We didn't need to go out, but there did not seem to be many if any restaurants/shops etc in the neighbourhood, although the area was fine in itself and easily accessible. We ordered online so this didn't really matter.

The hotel staff are friendly and nice in dealing, they have considered our request for two connecting rooms and made them ready prior check in, hotel location is only 10 minutes driving from Airport, nearby the Arab mall and Hira mall, all needed services are around. Room service is available 24 hrs with good quality of food, rooms are very clean with excellent shape of furniture and room decoration, hotel management has arranged a celebration event for the guest to celebrate the Saudi National day, it was very well arranged, it is really appreciated... I stayed at this hotel for one night in September and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean. My room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the sound insulation between rooms was lacking—I could somehow hear the TV from the adjacent room.

Breakfast was above average overall, but I wasn’t impressed with the toast; it was chewy and oddly dense. The coffee was also below average and didn’t meet my expectations. Despite these minor issues, the hotel still offers a comfortable stay with great service.

Sound proof walls not 100% as I had screaming child every day at 3am room next to me😂, also very big bathroom nearly half size of the room weired design, if smaller it would give room more space to walk and put luggage easily.

the hotel was modern, bright, and clean throughout. the room was large, well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. the room and bathroom were sparkling clean and house keeping everyday did a great job. my stay here was very pleasant and i would definitely come back if i was in Jeddah again. i thought it was great value for money

my tv didn’t have any channels programmed in to watch. the parking situation could be improved, the surrounding streets are very busy and twice i tried to access the basement car park but there was no security personnel to let me in. they should offer more than one type of pillow

This is my second time here, it’s becoming my go-to-hotel whenever I’m in Jeddah, specially that lovely “bathtub” in all rooms. Had some booking issues, but the staff handled it professionally, special thanks to Nayef Almalki who showed amazing management skills and was very hospitable. The barista at the bar, makes great espresso and definitely made my stay special.

I still believe that the hotel needs smarter tvs where we can play Netflix and other apps, can’t connect with my iPhone which is kinda disappointing. Parking downstairs need some arrangement, other than that the stay has been great.

The location was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful internet service ( Wi-Fi ) was great inside of the rooms and all over the hotel the reception of Wi-Fi was exceptional it’s was a wonderful experience our all .
