The hotel staff are friendly and nice in dealing, they have considered our request for two connecting rooms and made them ready prior check in, hotel location is only 10 minutes driving from Airport, nearby the Arab mall and Hira mall, all needed services are around. Room service is available 24 hrs with good quality of food, rooms are very clean with excellent shape of furniture and room decoration, hotel management has arranged a celebration event for the guest to celebrate the Saudi National day, it was very well arranged, it is really appreciated... Thanks Jasmine Hotel for what we had during our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in September and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean. My room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the sound insulation between rooms was lacking—I could somehow hear the TV from the adjacent room.

Breakfast was above average overall, but I wasn’t impressed with the toast; it was chewy and oddly dense. The coffee was also below average and didn’t meet my expectations. Despite these minor issues, the hotel still offers a comfortable stay with great service.

Very nice helpful reception staff, Mrs noha, nouf and basma Workers clean and very polite also kitchen men. Super Cleanliness, big comfortable bed and bathroom, location is exceptional for shopping, dining or airport

Sound proof walls not 100% as I had screaming child every day at 3am room next to me😂, also very big bathroom nearly half size of the room weired design, if smaller it would give room more space to walk and put luggage easily.

the hotel was modern, bright, and clean throughout. the room was large, well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. the room and bathroom were sparkling clean and house keeping everyday did a great job. my stay here was very pleasant and i would definitely come back if i was in Jeddah again. i thought it was great value for money

my tv didn’t have any channels programmed in to watch. the parking situation could be improved, the surrounding streets are very busy and twice i tried to access the basement car park but there was no security personnel to let me in. they should offer more than one type of pillow

The location was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful internet service ( Wi-Fi ) was great inside of the rooms and all over the hotel the reception of Wi-Fi was exceptional it’s was a wonderful experience our all .

It was a wonderful stay .

This is my second time here, it’s becoming my go-to-hotel whenever I’m in Jeddah, specially that lovely “bathtub” in all rooms. Had some booking issues, but the staff handled it professionally, special thanks to Nayef Almalki who showed amazing management skills and was very hospitable. The barista at the bar, makes great espresso and definitely made my stay special.

I still believe that the hotel needs smarter tvs where we can play Netflix and other apps, can’t connect with my iPhone which is kinda disappointing. Parking downstairs need some arrangement, other than that the stay has been great.

Everything about this property is top notch. We truly had a great time at Jasmine Garden. The GM is doing such a magnificent job that it reflects on the staff, they are so motivated to work and provide the best possible service. The Chef used to personally come to the table and make sure we are comfortable. I really admire the work ethic of the staff I interacted with at the hotel. For a Hotel in the middle eastern part of the world, all the staff are speaking fluent English which makes everything so easy. Keep it up team and we look forward to staying at Jasmine Garden in the near future.

Nothing Really

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Jasmine Garden Hotel and overall, my experience was positive. The hotel is a compact business hotel, which was perfect for my needs. It is a relatively new property, and I was impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms. The furnishing was plush and comfortable, adding a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. One of the standout features of the hotel was its courteous staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance. The staff members were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism added an extra layer of satisfaction to my experience. Location-wise, the Jasmine Garden Hotel is conveniently situated near major shopping malls and convention centers. This made it incredibly convenient for me to attend business meetings and explore the local shopping scene during my downtime. I appreciated the accessibility and the convenience it offered.

However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. One of the aspects that fell short was the breakfast. While the quality of the food was decent, the lack of variety became monotonous. The menu remained the same every day, which made it somewhat boring after a few mornings. It would be great if the hotel could work on diversifying their breakfast options to cater to different tastes and preferences.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a swift and smooth check-in process. Thank you especially to Ziad at reception! My room was a delight—spacious and impeccably clean with a comfortable bed. What stood out most was the cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner of the premises was well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job daily. Thank you!
