Even 10 years more stayed same hotel Le Meridien Jeddah, My expectation is always achieved and staff is always kind. Even facilities got a bit older, hotel is good for me. I really like Meridien Jeddah.

Not so much but If you asked me, facility like inlet/outlet sometimes does not work propoerly so need check again before guest come into the room.

Excellent stay and excellent service, the reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, especially Ms. Shorooq she was very helpful, we will definitely recommend your hotel to everybody.

Everything was great! Complimentary cake for the new couple was amazing!

There had been problem with warm water supply in the washroom. I called the maintenance, they came and tried to fix it but there was no issue in the washroom. He said it might be boiler issue but after that it didn’t fix and there was no follow up either. I had to shower from cold water.

The location.

I am a Preferred Customer because I stay at this location on a regular basis. I feel that I should be in a room on the 5th Floor or a higher floor. I was given a room on the 3rd Floor. I made my reservations in ample time for the hotel to accomodate me. Also asking for extra towels seems to be an inconvenience for the housekeeping staff.

The breakfast options can have more variety. The coffee was great The first day, but it's taste was not nice on another occasion during breakfast.

Perfect hotel for a short stay business trip in Jeddah. Very good swimming pool in a sense that it is deep. Le Meridien quality worldwide.

The flowers require to be refreshed more often in the hotel lobby.

Staff are very helpful and cooperative and tried their best level to offer me late check out and to solve any issue

Phone at the room was not working properly, I took shower then house keeping took the shower coat and did not bring it back

The location a bit isolated from the city function. Also verity of the food in the buffet requires some attention. Few options were available (Lunch)

not enough shaded parking, need some renovation and cleaning especially with hidden corners, glass and elevators. one major issue, I stayed for one day and I had to go down 4 times to recharge my room entry key to be able to access my room. breakfast was not up to standard. bed was tilted down towards the head. no Vally parking. the hotel is understaffed clearly.

The place was good , the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. The only problem we faced is the bathroom’s water was not that good as it was so weak, they try to fixed it but still the same .
