Over the stay was excellent but the staff were weak in communication and seem like not bothered to assist. Welcome : ⭐️⭐️ Concierge was helpful and friendly. Reception staff were there to help but not welcoming. Took a long time to allocate a room. Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff: ⭐️ Despite calling so many times but had no assistance to check out at 6am. I had to take all of luggage downstairs by my self Location : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Local amenities were available and easy reach to restaurants and shops. Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The facilities there to give them 5⭐️ but their staff cost them the experience I had. Management needs to take this seriously and manage the staff better including those local Saudi staff whom had interest to assist the guest.

Very nice and clean rooms. Location was also very good with food places nearby. I also received free upgrade which was good.

I was bit disappointed when on repeatedly asking for 21 SAR to be returned. I know this is a small sum of money and I would have probably given this as tip to helper but this would have been my decision. I asked three times and I was told that it will be returned to me on checkout. I had to checkout early and there was no one available to speak with.

They have every thing you need for shoe stays , reception area lobby entrance is pretty big and well decorated and managed, room service to order your food was pretty fast and service staff was friendly .

room was little smelly as u entered the room , used my perfume spray , bathroom sanding shower door won’t closed fully, floor and wall tiles need to be clean repair glue shows most of the wall tiles. the location is not as appealing .

Walk 7 to 8 minutes will reach a restaurant area where you can find various flavors of different countries. Walk about 10 minutes is Lulu Hypermarket where you can buy local products. Receiptionists are kind and helpful. The porter named Noor who is Bangladesh is very nice, polite and willing to help.

It was clean and it had great facilities

It had an accessible entrance but the family suite we took, had stairs and no accessible way for people of determination

The receptionists were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When I reported a problem, they immediately looked at it and fixed it. The room was much larger than I expected with a kitchenette and living room.

Smoking was allowed in the rooms. The rooms need updated with fresh carpet and furnishings.

The Hotel was awesome with respect to every aspect. The people at the reception were too good. Thanks alot and I wish to revisit.
