The property is extremely clean and gives you the feeling of extreme elegance. The amenities offered were fantastic including the freshly made Arabic coffee and dates paced inside my room even before my check in

They don’t offer free parking. They asked me to pay additional SR 70 for one day parking so you have to park in Kudai (or if you find free parking on the hilltop next to the hotel. The hotel is located on 15 minutes walking distance from Haram and they have no shuttle. If you are with family then you have to hire a taxi. Also when you are returning from Haram and want to walk then it’s difficult because when you go to Haram it’s easy and you are walking downhill but when you go to hotel from Haram then it’s difficult because you walk towards uphill The receptionist was not available on her seat for several long intervals. In my opinion, there has to be two receptionist so if one wants to leave her seat for a few minutes then the front desk should not remain unattended

- Friendly staffs - Quick response housekeeping - Shuttle bus stand by in front of hotel. It goes to Masjid Al-Haram every 30 minutes. Stop at Kudai Station (near Clock Tower) and we walk around 300 meters to Masjid. - Alternative besides shuttle bus is Makkah Bus No. 05 and it's free. The bus stop only 10 meters in front of hotel and stop at Kudai Station. - Just in case you don't get the bus, you can take taxi to Masjidil Haram it cost 10 SAR. - There are mini market, restaurants and barber shops around the hotel. - Hotel lobby is good smell. Spacious rooms. Quick elevators. Hot shower in the bathroom. - There is a fruits vendor in front of hotel every afternoon and it's cheap.

- Shuttle bus is only one and every 30 minutes. We have to wait a little bit long especially when coming back from Masjid to Hotel. Ideally hotel provides 2 buses like any other hotel.

The hotel and the staff is really nice especially the guy on reception at evening( night) times. The location is great and room is comfortable.

No shuttle provided by the hotel. However, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. Bus 05 goes directly to Al Haram in 2-3 minutes and is free. So, it’s not a big problem.

Essentially a 5* Hotel with 3* services. Surprisingly good and clean rooms with modern facilities. Having stayed at the main 5* hotels I would say these rooms compare well! The staff are friendly and casual, try to help as much as they can. The lifts and other hotel facilities are more then you would expect from a 3*

The only negative I can think of is the location. A young fit person can go down in 13-15mins. This is fine. However, going back to the hotel you have about 150metres on steep hill which is hard work. This can take 15-19minutes walk but a lot of energy! They do have a bus, but in comparison to the surrounding hotels it is very infrequent and the label of their hotel on the bus is hard to see. I would assume if they could hire the SAME bus to go back and forth the hour of the prayer time it would be excellent, as the bus journey takes 5-6mins from hotel to bus stop area. So why not tell the driver to keep doing the rounds until prayer times over!

My 2nd Time stay in this beautiful and clean hotel. 1. Clean and tidy hotel 2.staff very good with smiley face. 3. check in/out process very fast 4.Lifts working fine and fast. 5. Walkable distance to Haram with 15 mins on ajyad station road.

1. This time they fixed hair dryer but in my room almost all sockets were not working... Don't know y 2. Need shuttle buses at least 2 3. Breakfast was not good and only a few items but since it's Sr 20 so we have to manage.

The hotel is on Ajyad Street, 5 min away by bus from haram. there is a continuous trip by bus from and to Haram. The staff was great and friendly. I liked the hotel's interior and finishes.I got a good deal for two nights.

I wanted to join the two beds together and I was surprised by the dirt under when I moved it. The shower head is stuck on a small shower distributor. The phone light kept on blinking and I had to disconnect it. The hotel is located on a highway and despite the fact that the receptionist was very helpful and offered me a good quiet room on a higher floor some noises still can be heard from the street (building sound insulation can be enhanced).

Worth for the money. and ambiances was good. And meat n clean room.can see the clock tower from hotel.all the food shops are near to hotel

Only problem is the distance.its only taking 10 minutes to walk and come back is very hill place. shuttle service is there but before half an hour to salah. Time.

The availability of the buses from/ to the Haram

Reception staff is very nice and helpful.Near to Haram. 12 minutes walk to go and 15 minutes to walk to come back to hotel. Also there is a shuttle bus but it is better to go walking because shuttle bus takes to the KUDAI bus station and then you have to change the bus to go to Haram

There are not much restaurants around the hotel. You have to take your lunch from any other point. Only one restaurant in front of hotel.

Emaar Elite Hotel is a well maintained property. It has all the modern amenities needed by pilgrims. The hotel's proximity (walking distance) to Haram is a big plus point. The receptionists & other staff are very helpful . Another plus point is the Govt-run free Makka Buses which stop just beside the hotel and this service is free & frequent 24/7.

The fact that the hotel has a steep road in the direction from Haram to hotel is an issue specially for old people or people with physical issues, while walking from the hotel to Haram is a breeze. The other minus point is that the hotel claims that they have a regular shuttle to Haram from the hotel, but we couldn't find any...
