Staff was so friendly and supportive, room and all other areas were clean, bed is comfortable, free shutle service was available, room space was good, free high speed wifi internet is available (My experiance was on room#803) and all facilities you may need is very near to hotel.

1- Due to ramadan season, only one shuttle bus is not enough for all guests specially after qiyam pray all guests used to back to hotel in same time ! 2- Room service is available but you have to request to clean the room, change bed sheets and towels. 3- If you are a tall man, you may not like the bed as its too short 😁

Our stay at Emmar was exceptional. The hotel's proximity to Al Haram was convenient plus they have a bus from the hotel to Al Haram which is pretty good and the drivers were nice. The room was clean and comfortable and despite facing minor issues, they made sure to resolve them. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Overall, it is a highly recommended hotel for a memorable stay in Mecca.

Nothing, I can think of. Distance a little far from Haram, but they were busses running frequently in front of the hotel to Haram.

Great to stay, and the view of that room was amazing from the top especially in the evening. The smell in the room was beautiful and not that strong with the air refresher which the hotel cleaning staff used

At the beginning when the receptionist booked a room of quadruple beds while I requested twin beds as the receptionist did not informed me to avoid booking. So the receptionist manager came and overcame on that issue by offering alternative way, and I was satisfied with that option. Furthermore, the outside windows need to be cleaned

It had everything available near it. A small mall is also available besides the hotel. The place is clean and staff were very polite and cooperative.

The transport which is provided 24/7 is a deceiving claim. If transport can't be given every 15-20 minutes then at least one for 30 to 40 minutes should be there. Finding the bus to come back to the room was a herculean task. Taxis charge at least 20-25 riyals to go to haram and 40,50 or more to return.

The hotel is very nice, staff and everything.. The room was quite spacious. Love the interior. The problem is the distance from hotel to masjid haram. If you are planning to stay for 4 to days you can use there bus service as per there schedule. You have to wait for the bus.. otherwise the local transport is little bit costly. For one way to haram it will cost you around 35 to 40 Sar. Overall it was a good experience. 😊😊😊😊😊

One staff member when I called to ask some questions wasn’t nice at all and every respond was intentionally useless and in bad tone, but when I arrived they’re good and decent and very responsive Bus to drive you to Al Haram Place is clean and neat

WiFi isn’t great No in hotel restaurant or close by in the street Value wasn’t necessarily the best but not too bad either You can hear the people in the other room

Amazing and helpful staff, very clean rooms, daily housekeeping, shuttle bus to Haram, easy check in and check out process. We had a family of 20 staying and they gave us 5 rooms next to each other which was great! We were really taken care of and enjoyed our stay.

A few small things: - Wifi is slow or bad connection in some rooms and parts of the hotel - The hotel is not on Google maps when you search the name so we would give the name of the hotel next door in order to get taxi service or uber pickup.
