We had a power cut on our first arrival and wasn’t fixed for 8hrs

The staff is so nice, clean rooms, excellent service, would love to come back and use the same accommodation.

The shuttle to Masjid e Nabvi isn't available for 24 hours. The hotel management make it sure that service should be available all the time as the Haram is quite far off from the hotel location.

The breakfast was excellent and very convenient especially with kids. The location was good as it is only a 10 to 15 mins walk from Haram madina. Cleanliness was top notch with the room and bathroom. The hotel itself was very beautiful, lounge area good for hanging out with friends. The staff was so respectful and welcoming and they are the best people ever!! Madina truly is a special city. Very modern decor in the hotel creating a warm and welcoming environment. Shops and food all around and easy to find.

The room was smaller than we would have liked as we booked it online at the last minute. We didn't have any views from our room but that wasn't a big deal. But with kids and luggage, we would have liked having more space in the room.

The hotel room was clean and great. Good service of room.

The hotel staff locked my room before checkout time and it they said the deposit would be deducted if not checkout on time. The problem is hotel is not near masjid al nabawi and locking the room isn't a good thing and rude behaviour with regards to that because my room wasn't unlocking from the card they gave me and all of my stuff was in the room .

The parking is very comfortable, the breakfast is so good and clean, the room is big enough and clean, the bathroom is very good. the lobby is lovely and the coffee bar is nice

The location a little bit far due to constructions around. nevertheless there is a bus.

Very thing. We had a lovely stay in Zaha Taiba for cleaning,comfort,Reception,location , v of money and the last one breakfast buffet was 10/10 it’s easily say OMG😃. Excellent 👍 Sorry forgot about the room size is amazing 🤩 Recommended

Had an amazing stay with great front desk staff. They quickly checked us in and provided all the information with respect to parking, breakfast and shuttle service. Rooms are clean and cleanliness met my expectation.

Things that can be improved, as the hotel was fully booked, so there were lines outside Breakfast area and it would take an hour to get the table. The Buffet position was not optimum and could be improved to handle the high number of guests. I felt shuttle service was slow and efficient. This could be improved, I took cab 90% of the time. The pickup point at the haram is far away from Haram and on the opposite side. It is better to walk towards hotel rather than towards pickup point. 20 mins walk to haram for an adult. Old people would definitely need a ride. Asked for extra piece of blanket for my mom a couple of times, but the helper turned a deaf ear.

The hotel is brand new. It’s well maintained.

The central AC units needed tweaking by the maintenance guy to cool the rooms properly. The only drawback of this nice hotel is that it is slightly far from the Haram and one needs to either walk about 15-20 minutes to get there (Haram) or take a taxi. The walk is tough and somewhat dangerous (health-wise) during the extremely hot summer afternoons. The taxis (Uber, Careem, etc. charge about SAR 12 to the Haram and about SAR 20 on the way back). The hotel should seriously consider offering a shuttle service to the Haram for its guests.

Everything was amazing from the room to the staff to the breakfast buffet. Very clean and well maintained. Modern furniture. Great value for money. If they had a shuttle to elharam it would be perfect.

There was some construction work next the hotel, so that wasn't ideal. But not too noisy if you close your windows but still. The place is abit far from haram, 15 min walk And they don't have a shuttle.

The best thing about this hotel is the cleanliness, and breakfast. Rooms are big, clean (even when we had to push the beds around, carpet was super clean!), and housekeeping is always there. Honestly, we expected much lower quality since we booked at the peak of the Hajj season, which means that good hotels are gonna be taken. This hotel was exceptional, and price is very competitive.

Nothing! It could have been better if there was no construction around the hotel to we can walk to the Haram, yet the hotel offers free shuttle that regularly takes residents from and to the Haram.
