Even though the location is not close to city center or any major attractions, but it has multiple choices of café & restaurants at reasonable prices all around it, also with small groceries store near by and 2 big super markets with 10-15 minutes walk, quite convenient. Staffs are very helpful and very quick to accommodate all the requests such as additional toiletries, towels, power plugs adapter (we brought a wrong one) and extra drinking waters.

The bathroom has some problem separating the wet and dry area, no matter how careful I tried during the shower, the floor outside shower room always getting wet and slippery. Breakfast taste good but the majot problem is its exactly the same choices every single days, imagine how boring it can be when you have to stay 5 days. They should have changed at least those hot dishes every alternate day or two.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at a Karim Hotel in Riyadh. The staff’s attentiveness and warm hospitality truly stood out, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also nicely designed, reflecting a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. Additionally, the hotel’s convenient location made it easy to explore the city’s attractions. It was an experience that combined comfort, quality, and a genuine sense of care.

Located on not too busy road with few restaurants and small grocery shops nearby. Modern and clean building. Pretty spacious room with big bed, mini fridge, central A/C. Clean bathroom with all amenities provided. There was a smart big TV in the room. Daily housekeeping with drinking water and coffee pods provided. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfasts were good enough. There is a parking in hotel but I did park just infront of the building.

Everything was good. The only thing I would suggest to improve is sweet bakery selection for breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. The facility and rooms are very clean and offer all the conveniences one may need. It gives the feeling of a boutique hotel. The breakfast buffet is primarily vegetable based which I love, but you can always ask for an omelet if you crave that too.

I would have to say that the location isn't the best for certain reasons. The hotel doesn't offer lunch or dinner options, which means one has to go out and look for a meal elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or fast food eateries within a mile if not more. I did find a convenience store about a quarter of a mile away. For coffee lovers though there are plenty of coffee shops around with sweet pastries to offer, but hardly a dinner.

Nice and spacious rooms. Good location to go every where. Even if you want to go out for a conference to Malham, it is easy to drive outside. One special thing in this hotel is, the bidet has warm water. I have not seen it any hotel so far. :)

The wifi is not good. Any ways I was using my SIM's data plan, and that works with 5G.

Comfortable beds Soundproofing was very good. No noise disturbance. I value this higher than most other things and they didn't disappoint. Staff very friendly and accommodating

No gym..this was a bit of a problem. Didn't realise gym was under maintenance till I got there. No restaurant at the hotel Location. No restaurants close by

I'm really impressed with the staff, especially South and the other night team member, for their accommodating nature. Even though there were some language barriers, they still made sure the guests received excellent attention. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful!

It has a very nice location in a good neighbourhood. The hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, responsive, and efficient. Room sizes are good, and bedding is comfortable. Air-conditioning is good. Bathrooms are clean, and all amenities are provided.

Breakfast is basic. I would like to have more fruit options in the menu. Live omelette/fry egg stall at one corner of the restaurant will make it perfect.

New and clean lobby and rooms, excellent and proffered staff, spacious apartments with mini fridge and stove, toiletries were also available.

Location is slightly out of the center especially with the traffic. More utensils in the kitchen like pots and pans and dishes.
