Great location, less than 5 minute walk from railway station and town. Decent sized room overlooking the railway station (could be noisy when trains moving if windows open). Good breakfast available. Reliable Wi-Fi. Staff member ensured I got to the bus queue for Machu Picchu. Arrived early and was permitted to leave luggage with the hotel. No problem with English language, Google translate helped when required.

I booked a room at Flower's House to rest for a few hours, I was coming from Machu Picchu and had to wait 5/6h until my train's departures. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were really kind. They let me have a "breakfast" after hours, since I was not going to spend the night and it was included. If I knew, I would have stayed at this hotel all my time in Águas Calientes.

The shower's temperatures keeps changing suddenly and it's difficult to regulate.

The staff are especially helpful and attentive. They even helped us with the medication when my son got sick with altitude. The availability of hot water in the morning is good considering it’s winter and we had to wake up early in the morning. The flexibility of taking your breakfast early is a plus. Breakfast selection is limited but it has the basics you need (tea, coffee, some fruits, bread, cheese and yougurt, plus your get to order scrambled eggs).

The sound proofing needs a bit improvement. We we’re trying to sleep for an early morning and we could hear the noise outside. It stopped at some point or we must have fallen asleep trying to tune it out.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient and had fresh cooked eggs and fit our needs as we were going up to Machu Picchu and did not want to be too full. We needed a long rest as we arrived and found the room quiet and the beds very comfortable!

Check in was a bit slower than expected, but the staff was very friendly. The TV in the room was not connected to cable, ie there was no signal so could not be used, For us that was not an issue, but should be communicated to all guests or corrected.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very kind. Good location and great value for money

Breakfast was limited. The location is next to the train station, so I would recommend to ask for a quiet room in the back of the hotel.

It is comfortable and clean, but far from luxurious. As I could observe this is the city standard.

our stay was amazing. We were only there for the night but the staff was extremely nice and helped us store the luggages as our train back to cusco was later in the afternoon. They had free breakfast and hot water.

The staff were lovely. Especially Daniel, he spoke very good English and went above and beoyond to help us. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Included towels, a television and breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They offered breakfast at 5:00 AM, so 5:30 I was taking a bus to Machu Picchu. The hotel is quite close to the railway station and the bus stand.
