Big clean room, with comfy beds and plenty of amenities that can help you enjoy your stay in Lipe. There are a kettle, a fridge, two big towels, hair dryer, complimentary bottles of water every day, a safe, and soap/shampoo. Very good water pressure in the shower and aircon to give a relief from the heat. Located in the middle of Walking street, you are 10 minutes away from both Pattaya and Sunrise beach. Staff is great, thank you for helping, I will come back for sure!

What could have been better? I wish I stayed longer :)

Very clean and well maintained. Right in the middle of walking street. Initially booked 3 nights and stayed 7. Very cheap for Koh Lipe. If you want a sea view (which will cost you more for this level of quality) then this isn’t for you, otherwise great affordable room.

Overlooks another apartment but room does have own balcony for drying beach wear. Knew there would be no view on booking so not really a concern for me. This is reflected in the cheap price

If you cannot afford beachfront hotels - take a look at Lipe Inn! It's located right on the Walking Street in the middle of two beaches (although you'd probably prefer going to Sunset beach anyway:). It could be a bit noisy there sometimes, but you'll have most of the restaurants/bars around. Our room was pretty small and simple, but very clean.

You can skip the breakfast with no regrets, it's not tasty at all. Better go out!)

We booked a room here two years ago and came back this year because our stay has been perfect in 2023, and still perfect nowadays :) Everything was great, the guy at the reception is very kind and nice, big spacious rooms, everything is cleaned daily, there’s also a safety box, daily change of towels and they also give you 2 bottles of water EVERY DAY. In the middle of the walking street but the rooms are very quiet. you’re just 2 steps away from sunrise and pattaya beach, sunset beach is 10 minutes walking, many restaurants, shops, and dive centres all around, highly recommended!! Air dryer, shampoo and shower gel are provided, as well as umbrellas in case of rain :) but no rain during our stay!

Everything. They upgraded our stay as we went during weekdays (non peak) and the location was convenient. Around 150m from beach. 250m from sunrise beach and and 1.5km walk to sunset beach. The staff was kind and polite. And despite its location on the crowded and busy walking beach, you barely hear any noise. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely come here again.

Really comfy bed, big room & water provided every day & fresh towels when room is serviced. The guy managing the place is really nice & very professional & helpful. Gave me a plug adaptor to use.

Cant really think of anything

The room was a good size and there was storage space. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were quite hard/large. There were extra utilities outside such as a clothes rack and some chairs. These were so helpful when drying swimwear and towels. The location was good, right in the busy areas but not too noisy late at night. Its really quick to walk to the pier.

The bathroom was a funny design and a little bit impractical. The showerhead could be a bit painful and might need deep cleaning

A great location in Koh Lipe, right on walking street. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was big.

It was a little noisy - the drawback of being so central! But not too much of an issue.

Hotel w samym centrum wyspy, pokoje duże, czyste - jak najbardziej polecam Hotel in the very center of the island, large, clean rooms - I highly recommend it
