Close to the swimming pool, attached snack cafe good vibes and prices, as self catering apartment. very relaxed reception team helpful and arrange excursion tickets and transport. Nice restaurants within walking distance good quality restaurants , and good prices.

Not able to access wider hotel facilities unless pay for it i.e hotel pools, needed more dec chairs, and would have been nice to be told beach at bottom of our road was'not aware for days!

Hotel is located on the top floor of a shopping centre meaning all amenities are easily accessible including supermarket with canteen, cafes, beauty stores etc are all in one place. Although indoors, the design of the hotel meant that upon opening the French doors there is an outdoors feel with the stone design. Small balcony also present and 24/7 free hot drinks machine in reception. Directly opposite is one of the best kebab shops I have tried in Europe called King Kebab which served tasty fresh food daily and was easily accessible. Location was great for daily taxi use and Olhão is situated well along the south coast to city hop in taxis

Leaving the premises after the shopping centre closes could be difficult as times waiting for somebody to unlock the door from upstairs while you wait at the door to be let out. I thought hotel breakfast prices were too expensive for what we say on one of the mornings displaying limited options but cannot comment on quality.

This hotel is situated inside a shopping mall at the top floor. So in the day its easy to do shopping in the mall, and at night the room is also very quiet, could not hear almost any noise! Located also in the city center, close to the harbour if you want to do island hopping! We walked to the marina and catched a ferry to Armona. It was very nice and easy walk. Hotel itself is so clean, new and the staffs are very friendly and helpful ! They have also free coffee and teas all day in their nice lounge / sitting area. We booked this hotel 2 nights last minute and was a bit skeptical at first. But It was proven wrong in the end! The staff also helped us to book a taxi to go to airport. Will definitely stay at this place again on my next visit to Faro.

Super clean and newish room. Sheets were nice and clean and matresses/pillows were great. Close to N125, so easy access to airport etc. Set inside the mall, so can do shopping and groceries or ready food and eat in the breakfast room. Excellent bonus was lovely tea and coffee 24hrs, even could avail inspite of early departure. Reception staff were very pleasant

The curtains on door was great for keeping out light from the door buthe worse bit was the very bright( smoke alarm night light?) kept us awake all night, as it was so bright. Hardly any tabletop/desktop space and only 4 hangers for 4 people?!! No place for clothes etc. Could have put a drawer in corner

I liked that everything looked and was new and clean as well as quiet, even though it was the last floor of a shopping centre. The possibility of making tea and coffee and also taking filtered water at any time was a very convenient and nice idea.

I didn't like the restricted storage space in the room. The breakfasts could have much more variety. Even though there were still healthy options, many of the foods were sugary: white bread, breakfast cereals, pastries, etc. If you're willing to stay here longer, then I don't recommend because of the choice for breakfasts.

staff was not portuguese speaking and was not knowledgeable about the area and sent us in the wrong direction. when i pointed out that the staff wasn't speaking portuguese they looked at me like they had no idea and continued on speaking spanish. it was very rude and disrespectful. the other thing was that on the website i didn't notice any information about the parking and location being inside a shopping center with underground parking and so it was difficult to figure out how to enter and park etc. i would have liked to go to armona ria beach but no one could clearly tell us how to get there and sent us in an odd direction

Omg 😍 it's lovely here all the years of coming here. I didn't notice this hotel. I stayed a very cheap one night stay, and breakfast included,clean, refreshed room comfy bed indeed i had a lovely sleep very quiet its brilliant, staff are lovely and friendly very helpful if you come in after 10pm you buzz to get in so its secured and safe,no fault definitely will come again, oh the shower is fantastic the water is so soft 😀 RIA shopping centre is underneath so your sorted 😊

Location of the property is great, 10 minutes walk from Olhao train station, many e-scooter stations around and about 5 minute Uber ride to the harbour. It is also located in the shopping mall so if you need / forgot something it’s easy to get it. Lower ground of the mall also has a large grocery shop so you can buy snacks, fruits etc. Hotel also provides free coffee / hot chocolate / water and the coffee is super delicious! Rooms are clean, comfortable, A/C works well.

The location is another highlight, being perfectly situated above a large shopping mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining options. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the breakfast monotony, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at B&B Hotel Olhao. The warmth of the hosts and the comfortable accommodations make it a wonderful place to stay. I would certainly consider returning and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the food was fresh and tasty, it tended to be the same each morning. A bit more variety would certainly enhance the overall experience.

It would’ve been useful to have ceiling light in the sleeping area to see eg when sorting clothes out on the bed. Only bed side lights and wall light by desk installed. A few more cost hangers- only 3 for 2 people Fan located in entrance area and cool air not always reached sleeping area Extra chair ( to put clothes) only 1 chair for 2 people!
