Location was brilliant, the best! The bed was big, soft and very comfy. Kettle, fridge, water, tea and coffee every day. Extension cable provided as sockets are limited. Mosquito spray provided and needed! Floor dipped with a broken tiles so had to navigate that at night Noisy air con with a lot of mosquitoes so couldn’t sit out and play cards etc. Receptionist was friendly Some staff didn’t say hello or even smile so we didn’t eat or drink here as we didn’t feel too welcome but we made our way out every day and it was brilliant. We just used the bungalow as a base.

The location of the bungalows is lovely. Short walk to almost everything.

There are sand fleas on the beach, extremely active after a rain. My daughter was severely bitten and ended up in the clinic. We were told by the doctor that this beach is for boat storage, not swimming. Just be aware.

The room has aged but the location is stellar. Really great.

The photo of the hotel was advertised as being right on the beach. Thats not true. None of the rooms for this hotel are ON the beach.

Really nice room/hut. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooms had aircon which was great. Location is on the beach and very close to everything in Koh Lipe. Staff were friendly. They have a clothes washing service too which was great. Would recommend!

The huts are quite close together. There is a small pathway in the middle of each hut. Not too much of an issue, we didn't hear the other travellers as the huts were quite soundproof. Sometimes could hear the dogs running up and down the pathway at night which woke me up a few times. Nothing major though! Everything else was great.

This is a nice property right on the beach. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. Cheap snorkel rental, nice tables on the beach at meal times. WiFi was very good. Only a 10-15 minute walk from walking beach.

There are a lot of bugs hanging around the room so bug spray and repellant is provided, also had a wasp outside every night but it didn’t come near me. The main issue with the property is the bridge leading up to it is over raw sewage and smells awful - just pinch your nose when coming and going!

I loved the location of this property. One minute walk to putting your feet in the ocean and a two minute walk to the main thoroughfare with restaurants, etc. Our a/c unit worked great and the little patios were lovely. The staff keeps the property very clean, providing fresh towels daily & were just super attentive and friendly!!

The water smelled like ammonia… like cat urine coming from the drains…. It was extremely off putting and we never figured out why. Also for the price (which is very fair for Koh Lipe but not *inexpensive*) I think a few more shelves and hooks in the bathroom would have been great and a side table for the bed would have been helpful.

This was our 2nd stay here, we love the location and the rooms are spacious and all have terraces. The first room we were given this time had faulty air con and they moved us straight away to a room with perfectly working air son.It's very good value for money. We'll definitely be returning.

we stayed in the new bungalows, the wooden ones, i don’t recommend you the other options that they have . spectacular attention and dedication. i highly recommend this place, they clean and change towels and sheets if you require it everyday. the bed and pillow are comfortable too, hot shower, water/coffee everyday, wifi fast. The bungalow has a perfect location, by the most beautiful beach which is sunrise beach and 7 minutes walking into the town, which is the place with all the restaurants and bars. we didn’t order food or pay any tour with them but they have that service available cheers from australia

The location was ideal, close to everything but tucked down a quiet lane way. The air con and hot water both worked (a bonus). Beach towels were provided. The gardens were kept immaculate. The lady on the desk was helpful.

The rooms are fairly close together so in high season it could be noisy. There were no chairs on the beachfront. The drains at the bridge you cross to access the property smell bad. Be aware that in low season many restaurants and bars are closed, including the restaurant attached to the bungalows. Also, private hire of the long tail was also not available.

The rooms are large and comfortable and right on the beach. Beach towels are provided. Walking street is a few minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay here.

It would be better if they had the facility to refill reusable water bottles rather than give out new plastic bottles everyday, but still it's nice to have water provided each day!
