Exceptionally clean, great funky decor. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Fab location for city centre. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains a bonus! Big showers great facilities in the room, including fridge. Hair dryer, iron, plenty of sockets. I do like this place very much.

Although there is a car park on site at the hotel, this is not advertised, we were there for check in on time and the car park was already full. We had to park st another location and get a taxi back to the hotel and taxi back to the car on check out.

The Hotel Brooklyn is often insane value for money, a genuine 4 star hotel, costing substantially less than £100 per night and often cheaper than both the IBIS and Premier Inn, i cannot believe the current pricing will last and therefore i am maximising the enjoyment whilst it does. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this a really good one and i just can't believe the value for money. Enjoy it while it last. It would still be good value and twice the price.

The bathroom is lovely overall, but the waterfall shower head is a very modern halo thing, like a dyson fan but water, however it doesnt acutally work very well, the hand unit is much better at getting you wet. But its a minor point really.

Liked the generous sense of space, both the public areas of the whole building, and the room. Had a standard room, but very generously proportioned. Thoughtful details. Long desk for work, with angle poise lamp. Then a small round table as well, with more comfortable chair. Bathroom seemed luxurious. Warm ambience. Very generously sized shower. Seemed luxurious; amazingly so for a standard room. Staff were excellent. Professional and very friendly. Outstanding breakfast choices.

Some areas already looking a little tired, especially floor coverings. Long, rather bleak corridors.

It was very clean, the accessible room was a good size, the staff were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Useful to have parking on site, which you could reserve.

2 lifts to access the rooms from reception. The EV charger instructions are incorrect on the pods, made connecting a nightmare. The seals on the shower doors were both hanging off in places. White paint spots on the bathroom floor. The luggage rack was very low,it made my back ache. Meant we had to use the bed to pack. Lighting in the rooms was awkward to operate. 2 very fat pillows is crazy, supply 1 fat and 1 slimmer so meets more people's needs for comfort. Only 1 hand towel supplied for 2 guests! Seating Staff at breakfast whilst cheerful, were slow and the waiting staff do not clean properly when laying up a table. No service at all at breakfast, everything was help yourself, as it was very busy, meant waiting around a lot.

I loved this hotel. Very smart interior, very clean everywhere you go, our room was spotless as was the restaurant and toilets. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and all tasted really good. Staff are very helpful and willing to help with anything they can. Even when my elderly mother couldn't find her way back to her room, a staff member was more than happy to escort her back. Really good location, within easy walking distance to the town or cheap in an Uber late at night.

I liked everything about this hotel. Just one small negative - the car parking is expensive and there wasn't a space there for us (but I did book last minute). But even so, at £20 for 24 hours , that's pretty steep. I feel hotel parking should be a nominal charge or free.

The hotel is located just across the Tiger Stadium. The bedroom is spacious and very comfortably warm. Beautifully furnished to elevate the retro industrial design. The bathroom is very clean and modern. We love the high quality body and hair shampoo (Apotheke). Very generous with the complementaries as well: nice packaging infused coffees, canned still water and Grandma Wild's yummy biscuits. Breakfast is generously full English and continental. The staff have been very nice and friendly. There's nothing that we didn't love about the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff and customer service were some of the best I've had. The breakfast offering was very good, however the dinner menu was limited and not particularly good. Another time I would probably get a cab to a restaurant rather than eat in. We didn't have any hot water on the Sunday morning which was unfortunate but the team offered to sort it out immediately. As we were due to checkout, we decided not to worry about it but asked the staff to ensure it was sorted out for the next customers to have that room.

Dinner offering could have been better. Less carbs and fat content would be good.

This hotel is beautiful, very modern, clean and welcoming.

I didn’t like that I tried to book the parking before we traveled as instructed on the email. However when I called I was apparently told incorrect information about it being a first come first served allocation. We therefore had to park elsewhere. I was advised that you need to call the hotel directly and not the number provided in the email which is definitely not clear!!! We arrived at breakfast at a busy time and I would say that they struggled with the quality of breakfast available at this time. The food available was limited and because you had to wait for every section it was difficult to actually eat everything while it was warm.

It was clean and looks very nice. The Lair is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. The bar staff were nice in particular one gentleman who went into detail with the types of drinks as he was very knowledgable and made two very nice drinks. I will be back with friends on another occasion. I didn’t catch his name but he was working around 8pm on Saturday 2/11/24. The till service went down as well and he rectified the situation straight away. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast!

Its not too far from the city centre but its about a 15 minute walk. I need to book a hotel every week and this is the reason why I didnt book here before. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, thank you.

My go to hotel in Leicester, the rooms are spacious, clean and have a quirky decor including retro phones, design and picture. The bathroom is also a nice size with excellent shower and facilities. Every member of staff I have encountered have been friendly, welcoming and do everything possible to make your stay a pleasant one. I was able to get parking onsite by calling in advance to book, however the car park is limited so I advise you do the same and call a few days in advance to book.

Nothing to report, I like everything about this hotel and the general vibe and atmosphere is why I’ll always come back.
