The hotel is in a better shape and overall our experience is much much better than expected . I read lots of negative comment so was a bit hesitant whether we had made the right choice when booking, but let me tell you, we did! Outstanding personnel, everyone had a nice word to you, the hotel although might have seen better days, is still gives you what you pay for and more. We loved the pool area and how nice the staff was throughout the week spent there. Very close to the beach, offers a variety of drinks and a daily menu for lunch that varies day to day plus breakfast that was OK.

The cleaning could have been better but we appreciate what the ladies done for us.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! We booked, as it turned out later, a cosy villa. I liked the area of the hotel - it felt cosy as it was quiet and everything looked nice without being pretentious. I will definitely rent the villa again. Perhaps another one as there are three of them at the hotel's disposal.

I'll be honest: the pool wasn't clean, but it wasn't terrible as there were insects and leaves from neighbouring trees floating in the pool that accidentally flew into it. So it's not the kind of filth that isn't pleasant. It's natural. In the shower cubicle, the doors opened with a bit of effort, the shower head was pouring water in different directions. The outdoor chairs were better in the picture. But none of this spoilt our holiday, as we had the impression that I was at someone's home, not in a perfectly polished hotel villa.

The indoor pool was closed, and the weather outside was very bad for a couple of days

Great facilities, we stayed in the Pink Villa which was perfect for the whole family. Easy access to the main complex including the spacious pool. And the best part was being able to escape to your own private pool. Food was excellent in the main restaurant. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely come again.

Shower head could do with a descale or heads replaced in the ensuite to the Pink Villa. Battery's missing in 2 of 3 Aircon remotes, although the staff did say they would replace them, I never chased them up about it and forgot. Very minor issues.

In summer it is good place to be . Even with rains in winter indoor heated pool gives an option to have some activity with kids. When the rain stops there are other activities also to do.

This resort is clean and well kept, the staff are friendly and quality of the breakfast is good. The site has a small shop and it has everything you need especially if you are arriving late and need the essentials. Outside is well maintained and the pool is a really good size and has several features that make it fun to be in

It is slightly away from the main area in Coral bay but this is not a bad thing if you are looking for some well earned quiet time. car hire is good in the area and the small walk will justify that extra drink

Our 1 bedroom apt+studio was really spacious. We r soo glad about we had 3 bathrooms,2 kitchens and everything needed to prepare ur own meals. Great place,we definitely recommend it for families. It might need some extra touch here and there, but that didn't bothered us for the money we paid. There wasn't any insects or intruders of any kind. New AC in each room,great WiFi

Need some facilities replacement in the bathrooms and the kitchens. The gym needs new equipments.

The place is very beautiful inside,out.l liked the mountain view.lt took my breath away.lnside the furniture is good,the rooms are clean and well maintained. I had everything i needed and loved the fact that i could cook whatever i wanted to eat.And also i liked that its near the sea.lts away from the bustle of city yet modern.A quiete and calm atmoshephere and with a lot things to see if you love nature.l used to go to the in the evening to watch the sun setting beyond the ocean.What a sight!

The challenge for me was transport because i did not have a car of my own and the nearest bus stop was quite a distancebut it wasnt their fault.l got used to walking as days went by

The heart of the 18 years old complex is the pool. The staff was extremely friendly. The jacuzzi and the underground pool are super, but the changing rooms are in bad condition. There is a mini market at the hotel which is very useful. The beaches are pretty close. I wish the hotel would be renovated. The bonus was the cats around the garden.

the water of the pool was not crystal clear and the tile joins were discolored. The hotel must be renovated, the toilet flashes were hardly working the iron parts are corroded the door paintings are peeling. Despite the continuous daily cleaning efforts we saw 2 cockroaches :(

I like the Pool & playdroung. It was clean, our room and all buildings in very good condition. We had very good time.

Not much choices at lunch and dinner
