Warm welcome by friendly and helpful staff, keen to help us book any transport or excursions. We got shown around the hotel on arrival. Room was clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Amazing gym facilities with top of the line equipment (Technogym). breakfast offerings were fantastic, very good food. Added bonus of a Spa including massage, sauna and beauty treatments. Easy walking distance to all major attractions in the city such as Brandenburg gate, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz.

Booking.com offered a free Airport shuttle which I accepted however on arrival the final price paid was an extra 250 euro (approx) over what I was quoted and was expecting to pay. I believe I was charged for the Airport shuttle in the end.

The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was labelled clearly. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to most of our activities. 5 minute walk to the concert hall.

The price of a cup of tea in the bar was €7.00 which is ridiculously expensive. The food was very reasonably priced in the bar so that did not make sense. The main restaurant was expensive in our view. Re the breakfast, it was not clear whether you could order a pot of coffee or not. We only discovered you could do this when we saw other people with a pot of coffee.

This was our third visit to this hotel, we enjoyed our previous visits so much we decided to visit there again to celebrate a Birthday. The hotel actually exceeded my already high expectation. The staff were very helpful and polite, that is all of the staff from the front desk through the serving staff and the cleaning teams. Breakfast is exceptional, the best we have had in any hotel in which we have stayed. The spa facility is first rate and the staff there are also really friendly and helpful. he hotel is very well located for all the tourist and cultural sites. Although we have seen pretty much most of what there is to see in Berlin we will probably return just so we can stay in this hotel again.

One very minor gripe would be that there were no USB charging points in the room, I only write that so there is something in the negative box.

Everything was exceptional!

One person should be fired immediately - and this is Kai LORENZ . He called me criminal and was threatening me with police - just because I have asked for the curtesy discount and told him that Customer service is not handling guests requests for booking in a best way. I have originally booked hotel for 5 days but needed one more day. Sent email to hotel - got response that nothing is available - but guess what? I made reservation from the different website for the additional day I was looking for! And it makes me believe that this customer service needs an improvement! Want to suggest that Kai LORENZ should be fired.

Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. In our room were some treats for my husbands birthday left by the lovely Mustafa. We upgraded our room and it was lovely (I was hoping for a free upgrade :). The bathroom was lovely, bedroom lovely and beds very comfortable. The location is top class. The bar is very cool and has a great vibe. We had many enjoyable times sitting outside at our M&C comfy seats. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I have never had a better breakfast. The hotel lobby was so lovely to sit and chill in.

Nothing - maybe a free upgrade as it was a very special occasion but we did receive some nice goodies instead.

The hotel is very well placed for exploring Berlin, close to the main sites and good transport links. Breakfast was varied and good quality - loads of choice. The room (superior) was spacious with good bathroom. Didn't have time to use the spa facilities.

The only downside was that I had requested a twin room in my booking (deluxe room) as was travelling with my son. At check in I was advised that all the twin rooms were occupied but offered upgrade (at a charge). The duplex room or junior suite options were too expensive and in the end they offered a superior room and put in a roll-away bed which was fine. I was a bit put out that they still charged an additional 20euros per evening. I think this charge could have been waived. I think the booking page on Booking.com should be clearer about this.

The staff were excellent, super helpful. Nice breakfast, good choice. The location was good, not far from the main sights, plenty of restaurants around.

I didn't realise that we could hear people above us flushing their toilet (it was quite noisy). Earplugs were useful. It would be nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine in the bedroom and more choices of tea. There was not a single tea packet of mint/chamomile. Also the coffee cups provided are for espressos but if you want to have tea there is no mug available in a decent size. We also found that the cleaners tried to get in our room twice in the morning when we were checking out despite the fact that the DNB light was on. We checked out at 12 but I guess they might have expected to see the room empty before that. It would be nice if reception would communicate which rooms are available after checking out.

Excellent hotel. Our room was huge with a lovely bathroom. The reception, lounge, bar and breakfast room were beautifully decorated. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the bar served up any drink you wanted. The staff were all very hard working and made everyone feel special. You can walk to all the main attractions and to many bars and restaurants but it is close to rail and metro stations if you didn't fancy walking.

My only negative was the lack of drawer space in the room and no fresh milk for tea or coffee.

The Titanic is a beautiful hotel in a central location in Berlin. The city has an excellent public transport network and the hotel is very well connected to this network. The facility is luxurious, the staff knowledgeable and friendly and they have a ‘concierge’ deserving of the name. The breakfast is rich and very varied, served in an equally luxurious room. I got the impression that the spa was also very interesting (but I didn't have time to try it).

The room was not up to the standard of the hotel, the furniture is a bit dated but still very comfortable.

The restaurant breakfast was extensive, and the chef would make anything that was not available at the buffet (omelets, eggs benedict, etc.). This area turned into a steak house in the evening. This is a venue that shouldn't be missed. The dry aged rib-eye was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The room had everything that was necessary. It was a little tight on storage but manageable. The internet was very robust. The location is around the corner from Museum Island and Humbolt University which were main attractions. The front desk, especially the concierge, was exceptional. Their local knowledge was extensive.

This is an across Europe thing. I hate duvets as they are always too short and easily pushed out of position during the night
