The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and plentiful breakfast was nice. Teakettle, coffee and tea, utensils were available. Small refrigerator stocked with alcohol and soft drinks available for purchase. It’s just a 15-minute walk downhill to reach center. Communication and instructions from a host was easy via WhatsUp.

We stayed on the top floor, room 7, which had no elevator — something to keep in mind when carrying luggage. The hotel was a bit hard to find, and parking is limited to a small spot behind the building.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very unique with the wood beams and triangle windows. The bathroom was a nice size. The A/C worked great! We don't mind walking and walked to the castle, churches, and other sights from the hotel. There were great options at breakfast - lunch meat, cheese, bread, pastries, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. Free parking on sight is a bonus.

Window coverings would be nice. However, with many windows being triangles, I don't know how that would work.

The family apartment booked for two - a perfect setup: large apartment, impeccably clean. A lot of place to scatter all your belongings to have them at hand. The location is excellent if you arrive either by train or by car. Everything is easy to get by foot. The breakfast was exceptional, generous, and tasty, with homemade cake.

The kitchenette equipped with just a few basic utensils. Everything in black, gray and white. The colors could be seen only on TV.

Nice, modern apartment and very friendly service. We had to leave much before breakfast what was included to the price. We asked them a day before if they could prepare something simple for us as breakfast and there were sandviches, fruits, Nutella, soft drinks, etc. packed when we departed.

The place is lovely The room/apartment is clean, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The view around is amazing.. The breakfast is very tasty The owner is lovely Highly recommended We will definitely be back🫶😘

Everything is great

It was a spontanous short trip and this could not have been better value for money! Very newly built and all still fresh and very clean. Philip was a great host, he does not stay at the property, but came by car within 5min when we contacted him upon arrival. Especially his attentiveness during breakfast, offering a lot of extra treats, made our morning special. Thank you!

Some final adaptions still needed (lights outside not yet all done). The door to the bathroom was not running smooth. Tea/coffee in the room have to be paid extra (not complimentary).

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet area close to the center of the town, convenient parking, good breakfast, nice staff.

Sliding bathroom door, which does not close properly, so lack of privacy if you are not staying alone in the room. A little overpriced, but again you have to compare to what’s in the area.

Really nice apartment, spacious. The location is ok, about one km walk to the castle.

The water pressure is very week so at one moment there was no water at all. The triangle windows can’t be opened and shaded.

Nice and comfortable room, walkin distance to the sights and free parking. The full minibar was a nice touch - prices like in a regular shop. The staff was extreemly friendly, not just answered my questions, but provided extra tips and suggestions for sights and places to visit nearby.

Small hotel right on the outskirt of Cesky Krumlov. Excellent value, and just a short picturesque stroll to the town centre and less than 5 minutes to the castle. Clean and simple room, with good modern facilities. We went in winter and it was quiet and peaceful.
