The host a Russian lady who will take care of her guests like we are her own family members. When i got to hotel i was feeling little under the weather due to soar throat i mentioned this to host. She quickly jumped into action brought me tea ☕️😊. Even gave me honey🍯, ginger🫚 and lemon 🍋 pieces. She didn’t just stop there she brought me dinner as it was late i am talking about midnight late. The amount of care she put in this hotel and warmth she shows deserves some loves. Since its a small Czech town not many tourists come by. But i highly suggest everyone reading to go their and show some love. That kind of person are very few left in this world. I will definitely go back

Nothing every thing was perfect

Just a short walk to the city centre. Enough to avoid the hoards of tourists and to keep it quiet. The staff is very friendly and answers all your needs. They may not speak your language, but everything is overcome with modern technology. The breakfast is fit for kings. Served in your room. In my room there was a SmartTv, an eletric kettle, a big fridge and a microwave oven. You have a Coop supermarket within walking distance. (and a centre with several supermarkets less than 5minutes away by car)

I love the owner of this hotel althought we have some language barriers but couldn't stop me from feeling the passion and the hospitality given by the owner. the room is clean and tidy, wifi connection is great and stable, the breakfast taste good.

nothing really dissatified me except the mattress, which was quite some for an Asian tourist.

I slept like a baby. It was super comfy, I loved that big pillow. The staff didn't communicate English but we managed, my main is Croatian, so there haha. But for the price it's worth it. 20 min from the main bus station

All was good. Would be handy to have a small fridge.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet and clean with very friendly staff members..we had loads of laughs together. Check in time is almost non stop as there is always someone ready to help you. Not far from the town , close to bus stop and railway station

Old hotel and staff don't speak English much Room is old and little bit dusty, but big and comfy. Hot shower Location is also ok.around 15 mins walk to the castle They also serve breakfast in the room for us and it's included in the price

I am putting 10, because I can see, that a lot of mistakes from old reviews are already fixed. The beds are fine, bed sheets are clean , there are dark roll curtains on the windows, that protect from the morning sun. We were stuck in traffic and I was worried, that we will not be able to check in on time. But when I called the owner she said it was not a problem. We arrived at 19:30 and a lady was waiting for us. We also had a good dinner in a nearby restaurant. I think this place has a good potential. If they continue to listen to the feedback, improve the rating and gradually invest into more modern facilities - both the property and visitors will benefit.

At some point there was a smell of fish in the corridor. When I opened the door of the room - this smell immediately filled the room. Not sure where exactly it came from. There is no air condition in the room, but the weather was not hot during our stay, so we did not need it.

Lovely pension walking distance to one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Our host was most kind and friendly and the restaurant next door served local food and beer with a smile.

Only thing was the firm bed but honestly that's just personal preference.

Nice place, we were doing road trip and we found this place. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
