The property was easily accessible with lots of parking that accommodated our camper overnight. It was very clean and cared for, with amazing attached restaurant (dinner was ✨incredible✨ and an included breakfast buffet. We got a king w sofa bed room for ourselves and almost 4yo to share. We stopped between our camping trips for a reset/refresh for ourselves and laundry. It was fantastic and we look forward to visiting again next summer!

The only slight thing that was confusing was after I confirmed via direct messaging the details of our room, I initially arrived to be informed it was changed to a queen bedroom - after showing the messages to clarify with the associate when he at first was telling me No — he provided us the proper accommodation quickly and everything worked out great!

Room was in slight disrepair No elevator - so if accessibility is an issue notify staff Not sure if this is something enforceable but male presenting staff tended to wear strong cologne and as someone with sensory processing differences the smell lingered a lot and made it a little hard to breathe (to someone with an average nose this would be not nearly as noticeable)

The hot breakfast that was served was amazing. A good selection of hot and cold choices. The only suggestion I would have is if they provided real cutlery instead of plastic. The room was very spacious and clean and very quiet. It was a very hot weekend and the A/C worked perfectly.

It would have been nice if there had been complimentary coffee in the lobby. Also, there should be a separate station for the waffle making as the lineup gets very long and is in the way of getting the other food.

I had a fantastic stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Sudbury, and I must say that one of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. Neel Thakkar, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly helpful and approachable. His warm welcome set the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. To top it off, Neel surprised us with a thoughtful welcome package that included chocolates and other treats—a nice touch that many hotels don't offer. It’s these kinds of personal gestures that really make a difference and make guests feel valued and appreciated in their own thoughtful way. By the way, the breakfast offers great selections too. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable hotel experience. Thanks again, Neel, for making our stay extra special!

No swimming pool

The price, cleanliness, comfort and size of the room. Breakfast was included, the front desk guy at check-in was super friendly and even gave a bag of snacks and water for the room (microwave popcorn for the room is a brilliant idea!!!) I'm always thirsty, so appreciated the water too :)

The service at the breakfast counter. The young lady was dressed in track pants and a hoody and just played on her phone. She didn't greet us, ask if we needed help, or offer any information about anything. If we didn't ask, she wouldn't talk! It was a bit off-putting that she was so disengaged :(

The food at Eagle & Olive was amazing (the restaurant located inside the hotel). We were able to get good food when we arrived there in the evening which was so convenient. The continental breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is located very close to the hospital (which is why we had to come to Sudbury) so it was very convenient for us. The facilities and our room were very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay here, and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We would stay here again.

Room was warm on a very cold night, breakfast was hot, lots of options to choose from. The front desk helpers were able to direct me to banks and stores. Plus the shower had great hot water! Nighttime chicken sandwich with fries didn't take to long to get made and the price was right. Plus they ordered a taxi for my departure back to the airport.

Sorry but I can't think of anything negative. Not their fault but not being a techi I had a had time with the new type of tv and channels. my daughter told me I have to learn,, haha

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and went out of their way to make us feel important. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom is a little crowded and uncomfortable as the door is right up against the toilet and tub, but it was clean and well supplied. Enjoyed the dove bathing/washing products supplied in the shower.

The breakfast was not at all anything worth waiting for. The coffee was so wickedly strong that we couldn't even drink it and we like our coffee robust all the time. The food was cold and seemed to have been sitting for a while (potatoes were rubbery and eggs were dry). Actually left to go get our coffees somewhere else. Was quite disappointed with the breakfast. Although I know the outside weather is out of the hotel's control, our room carpeting was damp and cold as it was quite muggy outside.

As usual the staff are amazing. Even though they are working on the restaurant area, it was still immaculate.

Ordered nachos......they were made out of thin sliced potatoes which was odd.... but still tasted good. A little more care in cleaning this particular room could have been taken... Bed looked like someone had sat on it. Light shade was tipped almost off and more care should be taken at cleaning the BACK of the bathroom door.

the person who checked us in, she was really hard to understand. but we were able to get through our conversation. we had ordered food from the kitchen and when we got it there was only one problem, they did not include cutlery. so could not eat everything. we ate what we could would have eaten more if we had the cutlery. and did not like the breakfast.
