The cleanliness of this facility was very good considering the location and pricing which I needed for my surgery. The dove being offered in the showers is definitely a plus , bed and bedding are very comfortable and clean. They were good about pet noise , and no one really bothered us , would recommend getting a do.not.disturb sign tho house keeping is persistent

The shortage of towels they were able to supply in a timely manner for two people per room . The AC in the check in area does not work , and it's sticky and miserable checking in . A do not disturb sign would fly off the door constantly or be taken off , had to make it clear at certain time frames we did not want housekeeping services as I was recovering , but they are good at what they do keeping a clean environment . Overall I did like this facility it met my expectations for the most part.

While the place is currently be renovated my room was extremely clean, stocked and sanitized. Staff and housekeeping are extremely accommodating and the breakfast is absolutely steller considering it was free and the staff was constantly restocking and cleaning up the area! The place is also right off i-4 so incredibly convenient!

The woman checking people in was alone and working incredibly fast and efficient! However I feel they could definitely use a second person to help the young lady because there were many many people checking in and while she handled everyone's professionally and quickly (literally doing two at a time!) Impressive but felt bad for her.

The place looks rundown stinks like mold and looks overall dirty

Personal attending the front desk, Mrs Lavela tried to double charge us for the room. We tried to explained we had paid on the booking site. Gave the confirmation and reservation. But only dismissed up and said she didn’t have to solve our problem because it was a third party app. After booking solved our problem she change the amount we had to paid from $5.22 to 7.22. It seemed mean spirited as we didn’t want to double pay. This is only one of the only small problems of the hotel. They put us next to an over filled bin full of garbage’s that spilled out to the floor no air conditioning, no light in the room and there were roaches. People smoking weed and fighting in the hotel

We were referred to this location by another stranded traveler. I'm glad we followed her recommendation. The bed was comfortable. The room clean and had amenities like a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry bags, microwave, refrigerator, shampoo/cream rinse, soap. There was a lovely pool which we weren't able to indulge in due to timing. The grounds were acceptable. The staff we dealt with were terrific. The breakfast was AMAZING! So many choices; so much food for all tastes.

That's a hard one. Maybe that I wasn't aware we had to get ice from the front desk. I looked at the ice machines on all three floors and none were working. I eventually met someone who told me ice was at the front desk. A sign on the ice machine indicating where to get ice would have been helpful. There was one thing that happened to be an issue for us. We missed dinner and there were no restaurants nearby. We had no transportation so we would need to hike, in the dark, about 2 miles. It wasn't until the next day I became aware that they had frozen food available for purchase along with some other edibles, medicines, essentials, etc., in this little cove near the computers. What a great idea. Someone should have told us when we were asking about places to get food.

Ample parking, wonderful, pleasant staff. Breakfast matched the price. Its a little outdated but totally fine for what I needed. The lights didnt work in the sleeping area which I didnt really mind as I just needed a place to sleep. Also its quite far from everything so you need a car.

Just that the lights didnt work in the sleeping area. If it was a big deal I would have gone and spoken with someone at the counter.

The young man who checked me in was kind, polite, very well spoken he knew his job and did it well he accommodated My request of finding me a room on the first floor I really appreciated his search to find the room for me the view was nice (pool/i4) room was clean and comfortable amenities,tv, microwave refrigerator,iron/ironing board, hairdryer, parking thanks for a lovely stay I will recommend your business to others near or far

I had to leave sooner than later

Our car broke down and they were very accommodating to allow me to leave the car and get back to Jacksonville. The staff was super understanding and compassionate!! Thankful for them!

The pool area had some standing water after a heavy rainstorm. I would love to see better drainage, as you could not get to the pool without walking through a rather muddy puddle.

Rosa was very accommodating and extremely professional, courteous, and I would stay there again

I did not like how someone hit my vehicle and did not apologize when they hit it with the car door but that’s not your responsibility. I did not like when it was time to check out how rude home ever it was that came to the room to let us know it was checkout time they were extremely rude, but other than that everything else was pristine

Them not explaining to me about you couldn't stay over 5 days until I went to pay for another 3 days because of the hurricane. It was how the lady at the front desk when I went to pay. To me she was rude!

Pretty well located. Room really clean

The breakfast is not really a breakfast is more like a snack. It should say breakfast included. Will it be more impactful if at your arrival you received the new of “free snacks” at the morning .
