Everything was perfect and above our expectations. This is the first time I have stayed in any hotel since I moved to the US. I had a kind of fear and wrong impression about hotels in the US but staying in Hampton inn changed my complete perception about hotels in the US. There is nothing that I could write wrong about the hotel, because everything was as expected - the location was perfect, the staff was very welcoming, the hotel was clean and good, the breakfast was good for the value. Would like to thank the lady at the front desk “FABY” as she was very kind to hold our reservation till 10:30pm and also gave us an upgrade on the room. Thanks to Hampton inn for a beautiful and comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend and revisit the hotel again for our next vacation in Orlando

Rooms, cleanliness, staff, location

We've stayed here several times, it's in a great walking location to shops and restaurants on international Dr, easy for catching the trolley , plenty of restaurants from fast food to nice restaurants. ALWAYS a clean room with fresh bed Linens and towels. There's bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap on wall in shower. We love the walk in shower. Plenty hot water and good water pressure. Free breakfast was nice, waffle makers, cereal, fruits, yogurt, breads, eggs, sausage which pleases everyone. Pool is little small but nice and clean and pool towels. Parking was fine, they were booked up and we got a spot. We had a king, it was little firm but still comfortable.

Location was 10 minutes from Volcano Bay/Universal , it was clean from parking lot to room, and parking was free. Ask breakfast was good! My picky eater 6 year old had cereal yogurt and chocolate chip waffles!

Staying on International BLVD is just bad in my opinion - 1. After 6pm the roads are absolutely terrible to drive in. My friend stayed 10 minutes down the road from us & it took us 25 minutes to get back to our hotel after dropping her off to hers. The street was just too busy to drive comfortable for me - 2. I’m not sure if it was because we were 1st floor but it was SO noisy! Could hear my neighbors coming and going& there’s a hotel on the other side where their parking lot is right next to our window and we could hear people’s music etc. None of this is property fault & didn’t impact us too much but if you’re looking for a quiet stay ask for a higher floor lol

Loved that fact that they provided breakfast with your stay…The hot food choices were not great and the area could sometimes be a little crowded not enough seating options for such a big hotel! But the kitchen staff were wonderful. Always happy to help

Good selection at breakfast - Waffles a big hit with family. Location was good, walking distance to some nice restaurants and shopping area. Free parking a bonus

Space at breakfast was at a premium, very limited and had to wait for a table to come free. Room was great however a neighboring room had a dog that barked quite a lot when the kids were trying to get to sleep.

The girls on the front desk were very friendly and helpful as were all the staff The 24 hour coffee was good and strong! We were delighted to have a microwave in the room along with the fridge The breakfast was good and looked appealing The pool was nice Everything was clean All in all we feel that we made an excellent choice out of all the hotels we had to choose from Great value for money in a town which has become pretty pricey

Room is weird layout .TV is on the side of the wall of the beds so is almost impossible to watch since it is almost fixed to the wall and impossible to move towards any bed. Breakfast is kind of poor and both days the waffle mix ran out before breakfast was over. It is not as good as advertised .

Front desk staff, Vanessa, was very nice and attentive to our requests. Room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious and real food, ie, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal and lots of other selections. The grounds were clean and every staff member we dealt with was polite. See ya next year.

Check-in times to late. 4pm way to late.. An extra fee of 50 dollars to much. And breakfast starting late.. to may flights are early and your timing is just to late for many of your guests to be able have it.. I could not use my 4 breakfast vouchers for my family so paid for something that was worthless to me.. I will have to look for other places next time for me and my family to stay.. regrettably.

It was exceptionally clean - especially the bathroom. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is one of my favourites. Staff were all lovely! Never grumpy, always happy and like they enjoyed their job. Breakfast was nice, and a good choice. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

Door was faulty on first room allocated, but the girl behind reception sorted me out a new room immediately no problem. She was great!
