You literally cannot beat the location or the price. We were looking for a hotel near Universal, and most hotels around were expensive for the quality. I can’t believe we found this hotel AND it was exceptional in value. Only about 13 minutes or so from the parks, and there were tons of stores and town centers near by. Not to mention it was also in a pretty affluent area, so the vibe of the place was really luxurious.

This wasn’t really an issue that I had, more just a little nitpick, but even though the breakfast was good I wish there was more consistency between the days since the breakfast would have something I loved one day but then they wouldn’t have it the next day. Like they had this EXCEPTIONAL crumb cake for breakfast the first day we arrived and then didn’t have it for the other two days of our stay. :( Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.

The hotel was clean, comfortable the the room was enormous. Very clean and comfortable with a pleasant lobby area and a very nicely appointed pool area. The location was perfect, not far from International Drive and within walking distance to the Mall at Millenia which is one of the nicer US malls with a very good selection of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Staff were professional and friendly.

For such a nice place, we found it highly unusual that the (pretty decent) breakfast was served up on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. You would think that a place as nice as this would not get this wrong.

This was a spring break for my daughter but also an opportunity for me and my daughter to bond as mother and daughter. She’s graduating high school and this was a nice getaway from home. We did not do the theme parks, we did what the local people do, it was a fresh of breath air to come back to our room after a long day of exploring the area and have our beds made, floors vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, waste basket emptied every single day. We had even started calling the hotel, home. This hotel is easily a 5 STAR!!!!!

EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and close to a lot of amazing shopping and amenities. The breakfast bar and evening grill were very good.

The layout of the suite was a little uncomfortable with the shower/bath right in front of the bed with only a glass door separating. When one person gets up early to shower and dress, the other person is bombarded by bright lights when trying to finish their snooze. Next time, we'll ask if there is a different room layout.

Everything! So clean and the whole layout, of room and entire hotel inside and outside was designed with comfort and convenience in mind! Felt like home- almost! The front desk, breakfast staff, every person there was more than accommodating. Example: I had asked for an extra blanket, they brought up a fresh warm comforter like right out of the dryer, promptly. I know exactly where my family and I will stay when in town every time!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was above and beyond!

Staff was friendly and serviceable we had our A/C go out during our 1st night stay and they sent Tech to service our Room 323 and the gentleman fixed it and got it running to cool temperature. Thank you

Charge parking space especially for Handicap parking this should not be charged for your customer. Especially for someone with disability. Would you charge extra to your customer to use the handicap restroom spot why would to charge for handicap parking spot ?? Not good 👎

The lobby was large and clean. Breakfast was included, which was good. It also had an on site restaurant in the evening and a 24 hour mini shop which sold drinks and snacks. Walking distance to the Mall at Millennia.

The cleaners never came, unless I asked for my room to be cleaned at reception - very odd! Became rather irritating after a while - we stayed 10 nights.

Location location location! My goodness, if you're going to Universal, this is the place to stay given the comfort and value. Breakfast included is always nice to have, especially when you want to go to the theme parks quickly.

They ran out of eggs by 8:30 AM, I'm not sure how they could let that happen. Also, maybe match the number of big towels per guest; we were missing two.

Love how spacious my double room was. The room had a sitting section with a pullout couch / desk for work, a large bathroom, and a large walk in closet. I've never stayed at Springhill suites before but I can definitely say I appreciated the microwave in the room! FYI, the Residence Inn suites are in the same hotel which I though was pretty cool (just different sides of the floor). I enjoyed that I could stay in the SpringHill suites but still be on the same floor as my sisters who stayed at the Residence Inn (they have children and appreciated the full kitchenette on that side of the hotel). Breakfast was good though it can get crowded.

What I didn't like it took two days for housekeeping came to our room until I called the front desk asking why no one haven't come in to clean the rooms
