The hotel was clean, comfortable the the room was enormous. Very clean and comfortable with a pleasant lobby area and a very nicely appointed pool area. The location was perfect, not far from International Drive and within walking distance to the Mall at Millenia which is one of the nicer US malls with a very good selection of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Staff were professional and friendly.

For such a nice place, we found it highly unusual that the (pretty decent) breakfast was served up on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. You would think that a place as nice as this would not get this wrong.

This was a spring break for my daughter but also an opportunity for me and my daughter to bond as mother and daughter. She’s graduating high school and this was a nice getaway from home. We did not do the theme parks, we did what the local people do, it was a fresh of breath air to come back to our room after a long day of exploring the area and have our beds made, floors vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, waste basket emptied every single day. We had even started calling the hotel, home. This hotel is easily a 5 STAR!!!!!

EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE!!!

Everything! So clean and the whole layout, of room and entire hotel inside and outside was designed with comfort and convenience in mind! Felt like home- almost! The front desk, breakfast staff, every person there was more than accommodating. Example: I had asked for an extra blanket, they brought up a fresh warm comforter like right out of the dryer, promptly. I know exactly where my family and I will stay when in town every time!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was above and beyond!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and close to a lot of amazing shopping and amenities. The breakfast bar and evening grill were very good.

The layout of the suite was a little uncomfortable with the shower/bath right in front of the bed with only a glass door separating. When one person gets up early to shower and dress, the other person is bombarded by bright lights when trying to finish their snooze. Next time, we'll ask if there is a different room layout.

Staff was friendly and serviceable we had our A/C go out during our 1st night stay and they sent Tech to service our Room 323 and the gentleman fixed it and got it running to cool temperature. Thank you

Charge parking space especially for Handicap parking this should not be charged for your customer. Especially for someone with disability. Would you charge extra to your customer to use the handicap restroom spot why would to charge for handicap parking spot ?? Not good 👎

Love how spacious my double room was. The room had a sitting section with a pullout couch / desk for work, a large bathroom, and a large walk in closet. I've never stayed at Springhill suites before but I can definitely say I appreciated the microwave in the room! FYI, the Residence Inn suites are in the same hotel which I though was pretty cool (just different sides of the floor). I enjoyed that I could stay in the SpringHill suites but still be on the same floor as my sisters who stayed at the Residence Inn (they have children and appreciated the full kitchenette on that side of the hotel). Breakfast was good though it can get crowded.

This place is spotless and smells amazing, no fuss just a relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to the mall for the best food and shopping to suite all budgets, save money on park food options and Uber is quick and cheaper that $30 a day parking fee. The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.

The room was very nice and spacious, would’ve been even roomy enough to stay with more people. Parking at the property was a nice plus. Location to both Disney & Universal was really good. Breakfast was surprisingly very good.

I really didn’t like the excessive use of plastic for breakfast. Even though the hotel claims to be environmentally conscious in other areas, absolutely everything at breakfast is plastic (plates, cutlery, cups etc). I would love to see this change for a future visit.

Fantastic property! The location is right next to shopping and close to the amusement parks. Excellent customer service - a very friendly and efficient staff. The accommodations are wonderful; the bed is so comfortable and the sheets are the softest! I didn’t want to get out of bed! Spacious room equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The rooms are large and feature a nice covered desk and a sofa that are set apart from the sleeping area. Pet-friendly with grassy areas on the property. On-site restaurant and bar open in the evenings. Large lounge area and two outdoor patios. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. I can’t wait to return to this hotel!

I did not like the crazy chaos for trying to get breakfast. I did not like the cleaning staff in the morning asking me “lady, what number you leaving from?” I shouldn’t have to tell the cleaning staff that at all! I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking when you are paying to stay there!
