- Excellent location 2 minute-walk from the Mauritshuis. - Clean, modern looking. - Self check-in and check-out may be less personal, but very fast and easy. - Many people commented on the rooms being small, but our smallest room was actually more than suitable.

- We were in the first room, nearest to the entrance/restaurant/bar. The door to our hall seemed to be broken, because it didn't close automatically. When left open, you could hear people at night and early in the morning. - the shampoo and shower gel were water with maybe a tiny bit of soap after putting half a liter in your hands. Maybe we just should have asked for new ones, but it said they refilled. - You do pay a lot for it, but that's expected in this city at this location.

Location is perfect, room and bathroom very nice with everything one needs - at least for one night like in my case- bed really comfortable, good breakfast, kind and attentive staff.

I liked everything, just one small suggestion, it took me a moment to find the air-conditioning control, which was hidden in the corner of a furniture. It would be useful to indicate and make visible where the airco control is located, in the same way the instructions for the floor heating are already clearly indicated and visible.

The location was excellent—right in the heart of The Hague, close to key attractions and public transport. The building itself is beautiful and has a unique architectural charm. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well-designed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed.

The soundproofing could be better; I could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms during the night, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the room felt a bit smaller than expected, especially for the price point.

The location is only a few hundred meters from the central station. Also, the Binnenhof and a nice lively square are located near the accommodation. On arrival, it was no problem to leave our luggage there for the first walk through the city. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was reasonable and a good start to the day. A good choice when visiting The Hague again.

There is nothing I would complain. I enjoyed my stay and had a good time.

The hotel is very pleasant and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights is how quiet the rooms are, making for a restful stay. Another important aspect is the exceptional service—Lex at the reception was incredibly helpful with all my travel-related questions and concerns. The entire staff is welcoming and attentive. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near scenic spots, museums, and university buildings.

The location is very convinient - near, but not too close to central railway station. The Mauritshuis museum, a green park and many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The price for the room is very unstable. We got a room for 85 euros, and it was good. The next day the same room costs 150 euros, and it is too much.

The room and bathroom were fantastic. Exactly what I needed for my one night stay in Den Haag. Close to the centre of town with many eating option choices.

Perhaps a comfortable seat in the downstairs area to wait for pickup, instead of only tables and chairs. Hallway carpet was very stained, but that is not a huge priority. Noise from kitchen staff travelled up into the window, but not too late.

The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were all very helpful, especially Adriana, who was incredible. The room was modern and functional, making for a very comfortable experience.

The dining area at the hotel is great, but the menu could be better. It’s a shame that such a nice space is limited to just pizzas and quiches.

Location was perfect. Staffs were excellent and very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Felt like they recently renovated the property and it was great.

Finding the entry was little difficult. The entrance didn’t have a logo or some sort of information about hotel’s entrance. We thought it was a cafe and didn’t enter on first glance. After making one round of a property we found it eventually.

Its a very pleasant place to be. It is quite neat and modern. The room we had was very small, we only stayed one night so not a big problem.

There were no ammenities. No showercap, toothbrush or toothpick and such. Asked the staff if they had it, since its not in the room (green initiative) but not available. Also no drinking glasses in room. Only coffee cups.
