The hotel had secure off road parking, was clean, well equipped, roomy and staff were helpful and accommodating. The shower was great and had a very useful shoulder level shelf (which I now would like in my own shower) ! Temperature was fine, view was quite limited but we were only on a stop over, getting the ferry in the morning. So not really a moan. We were within easy walking distance to shopping area with bars and restaurants. Thank you Brit Hotel Lynda

Personally we would have liked milk available at breakfast, (although I think we could have got some if we had asked), our hairdryer was really underpowered and not hot. An undercover area for motorcycles would be nice.

The location was excellent, a five minute drive from the Brittany Ferries terminal. The room was comfortable, quiet, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The restaurant was good , with a limited but more than adequate menu. Breakfast was good, too. Just what we needed.

There was a shower over the bath, which (as I suffer from a foot disability) can be a little unsettling. A grab-rail would be helpful.

Very comfortable bed, great for a weekend trip traveling solo away from the city, peace and quiet in detached hotel out-building. Breakfast was lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful. Fresh towels and choice hang to reuse or floor for more fresh towels to save water. Near nature on the edge of motorway. Peaceful.

I should have asked if I could have a kettle for the room.

A bit disappointed about restaurant which was not open, as choice was made on a restaurant being on site, and only discovered on booking,com website after purchasing. Was however able to find excellent restaurant nearby, La Boucherie. No tea/coffee making facility in room.

Location. Friendly efficient staff. Comfy beds. Very good breakfast.

We arrived late - 10. 30pm and found that our room wasn’t in the main hotel which was disappointing. The toilet in our bathroom had a faulty valve and kept dripping. Turned the water off once we realised what was happening and Reported next morning.

Easy to find, good parking, nice room, clean and tidy, and warm. strange with toilet separate from bathroom, haven’t seen that config so far. Breakfast ok. Extended checkout to 3:30 thank you.

Wasn’t much really, shower needs a nonslip mat or rails, generally a bit tired looking. Food ok but could be better.

Very helpful staff. I needed a room with AC due to medical conditions. At 11 pm at night I realised that the AC was not working in the room. The staff at the desk was very helpful and changed our room instantly. We are grateful to the night manager

It was far from the centre a bit

Firstly Perfect location for the ferry terminal. Staff were welcoming parked our car in the hotel car park but be aware there is a charge. We were tired after a long journey and were grateful for the clean comfortable room. There is a restaurant and a bar onsight which serves decent food. We had a Continental breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful room on top floor with large balcony.A room we were not expecting a surprise upgrade. Immaculate,lovely bedding.Rather wasted for just an overnight stay before the ferry. This hotel is perfectly placed for short hop to port. Car park great,staff friendly.Can't comment on food didn't eat there.

Minor detail! Corridors painted in a very depressing colour scheme which detracts from room quality, and the rather chemical smell of whatever fresheners are used within the building.

Decent hotel with spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for the ferry as only a ten minute drive to the harbour. Good restaurant and lots of shops in walking distance. Good WiFi! Will definitely be back next time we are travelling through St. Malo.
