Our studio #5 was just what we wanted, large, comfortable, reasonable equipped and a small balcony with a view we loved. Although AC was available we only needed the ceiling fan and balcony doors open to stay comfortable. Thanks to the housekeepers for their maintenance at keeping everything clean and tidy. The location was quiet, even with the neighbouring roosters and loud Guinea hens. The pool, although small was warm and we used it every afternoon for a relaxing dip. A short walk down the hill, four blocks to the quieter part of the beach or same to multiple restaurants, mini grocery and shops and then short walk to town centre. Attentive manager/owner and staff made our weeks stay very enjoyable.

Not dislikes, but things we think should be noted. Wifi was on and off with week signal most of the time and only two english tv channels that had a subscription problem after several days. Be aware bed and pillows are firm like most places in Mexico(and elsewhere).Would not recommend for people with mobility problems due to hills, cobblestones and stairs

room was exactly what my friend and I needed. two large beds, plenty of hot water and a kitchenette so we could make coffee every morning and sit on the balcony. this property is in the northern part of Sayulita and away from all the noise, aside from the roosters. I enjoyed being in this part of Sayulita. more chill than the other side of the bridge. as an added bonus, this room came with its own cat which we fell in love with. room was always clean. it looks just like the pictures.

having a pool wasn’t that important to us, but it was the smallest pool I’ve ever seen. hot tub could have been hotter but we didn’t mind. this studio also faces the front office so it’s nice that it was only one flight of stairs but if you are concerned with privacy keep that in mind.

The suite felt authentically Sayulita, comfortable and with a great view from our little balcony. The small, warm pool was perfect for gentle water exercises or sunbathing.

The cupboards had a very musty smell. I had to leave the doors open to keep them well aired. Although the hotel provided ear plugs, we had to close the balcony doors at night to mute the volume of our local rooster. This boisterous guy didn't mind challenging the sun to rise as early as 2 - 3 am.

The room and bathroom were spacious with good lighting and ventilation. There were 2 small but comfortable balconies. The kitchenette was well equipped. The daily cleaning staff were very thorough. The manager was friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the options available to us without additional cost ( beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles). The beach access was a short walk from the property.

Great location - walking distance to everything but away from noisy streets with bars. Has parking! The room has kitchenette and a large jug of clean water - good for longer stays. Our room was large - with two beds, with a huge shower, a balcony, and a patio. Everything was of an authentic design style and looked really nice - wood, bright throw pillows. We loved the hot tab on the property: it was of a body temperature, which was perfect for the evenings (weather is warm enough, so you do not need extra hot water) - you can spend 1+ hr in jacuzzi without getting cold or overheating. The staff was nice and friendly.

In our room, the toilet got broken the 1st day and, unfortunately, did not get fixed during out entire stay. The safe was broken too. But the room was still a very good value for the money. The walls seem thick but there is no noise insulation. You hear everything - luckily, the location and the neighbours were fairly quiet.

So quiet and beautiful, like a retreat spa, yet just a 7 minute walk to the lively and busy town. it was beyond expectation for me, and was perfect for refreshing ones spirit . the pool was heated to perfection, as well as just a 5 minute walk to more secluded beaches. I am a 70 year old woman traveling solo, and this was truly the best of my travels

We really were very comfortable here. The room was big. We even had a place to store our surf boards! Our daughter loved all the birds and animals around us! They had bikes and beach umbrellas to use.

This place has breakfast they get from a nearby restaurant but you have to order the night before by a certain time. Not a big deal bye we weren’t always ready to do this or back at our place to order so we ended up not eating at our room.

The rooms are very clean. Highly recommended when you have a 5-month-old baby.

The Wi-Fi was not strong inside the room. We had problems working and contacting the outside world. When I asked what could we do, they told me I should go to the balcony... During the day that is impossible due to the sun and the high temperature.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It was tucked away and quiet, but such an easy walk to the beach and also to the center of town. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We especially appreciated the use of beach chairs and a large beach umbrella. We would recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again. The view from the rooftop was spectacular!

Location was good- not too close to the center of things but not far either. Loved the colourful, clean, well equipped room. It has charm and character. The pools were kept very clean as well.

The signage at the entry of the lane to the hotel needs to be spruced up. It made me wonder what I had got ourselves into! But, we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the actual hotel!
