The property was lovely, easy to find, easy to gain access to, and Carla was great and sent us the check in details before we arrived. The room itself was amazing, quirky and perfect for a two night stay, the tea station and fridge were lifesavers! The outside seating was a lovely touch, and was a great place to sit with a cuppa after a long day exploring. The bathroom was the perfect size, with an amazing shower pressure and great quality towels. The free WI-FI was great and TV was a smart TV, so was brilliant for us, as you could sign into your own streaming services and watch what you would at home. The best part of the whole stay for us was definitely the bed, it was insanely comfortable, like sleeping on a huge fluffy cloud, you just sank right into it, and the bed linen was great quality, we almost didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be returning in the future, Carla’s hospitality is unmatched! 🫶🏻

The only thing I didn’t like was the annoyingly noisy gravel, it would be perfect if there was a little ‘crazy paving’ sort of path running through the gravel to the cabin & bathroom.

Great communication through the process from start to finish. Didn't need to meet anyone although always felt I could have picked up the phone or used the messages in the app. Everything throughout the whole experience from communication to the place itself was just what I needed. Big clean room with nice furnishings and cool decor. Great shower and double basin in spotless bathroom. Big comfy double bed. Noice little kitchen area with just what I needed. Equipped with clean crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave etc. It's possibly not ideal for say a family on a beach holiday as a bit away from beach and the beach itself seems to have some sort of factory by it, but a very good quality stay and Carla was kind to offer to refresh stuff during my 4 day stay. I was working at Eden Project so that was a short drive away. I was able to park 200 yards away for free every night in a town carpark. All good. Hope to return

As being older did not relished or we may not have look in to it more, that the toilet and shower was out side, a bit chilly this time of year for older people getting up for a wee at 3 and 6 in the morning.but a nice base to look around Cromwell ,but a good experience and the people were lovely hosts.me and wife really enjoyed it.good for one to three nights stay other Bad bits. may be more hangers for clothes ,in room and bathroom.fridge need to be higher up not on floor.but we enjoyed are stay.

Very close to grocery stores, within walking distance to train station and bus stop and local beach. Quiet neighborhood yet lively during daytime. It’s a great hub to other Cornwall destinations 😍

Walking from the entrance/bathroom to our room. Maybe walking path/stone steps can be installed, instead of walking on pebbles & gravels. A bit difficult to drag our luggage with such surface

Due to the poor reception in the Cornwall area, I had to phone the host to get find out the key access code and Carla met us at the door with the keys.

The private toilet facilities are across a gravel yard, as was the toilet for another unit in the complex. The nature of the gravel is it is very noisy to walk over, it would be better if there was a flagstone or concrete path so that our neighbours did not disturb us at night.

We stayed in the garden room known as Yummy. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The shower room/ toilet was 10 paces outside across the pebbled yard which wasn't much trouble. A fridge and kettle were available and some cutlery and crockery for breakfast cereals. The host Carla was very helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasant 5 nights.

The decor was aesthetically pleasing. The location was ideal for what we needed. The studio had everything that we required for our stay.

With such attention to detail and quality fixtures and fittings, one wonders why there is no door to the bathroom?! Also, if we had been staying for longer, I would have preferred a taller table in the kitchenette as it was too low to eat from.

Lovely comfortable cabin. Great furnishings and decor. Plenty of space and a nice private garden area (although could not sit in it as it was December!). Close to the heart of the village of Par with all its amenities. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Crunchy gravel to get to the shower/toilet - it was very loud, especially in the dead of night.

Location perfect for walk down from Par railway and also on bus route to Fowey St Austell and Tywardreath.Very kind helpful host looked after my suitcase for a few hours until property was ready (I arrived really early and texted her ). Property very clean ,good lighting, bed comfy, bathroom spotless.

We stayed in a spacious cabin with a mini fridge and many thoughtful details. The cabin had a private toilet in a separate section accesible by a short walk through the garden. We arrived at ~10pm when the reception was closed, so we received instructions on how to access the cabin, we had a couple of difficulties but called and it was immediately resolved. The host left the heating on so the cabin and toilet were warm when we arrived, thanks a lot!
