The view from the room was wonderful overlooking the sea . Staff were so welcoming . Room was spotless and very well decorated . Huge comfortable bed . Sunday roast to die for ! Delicious breakfast x

Nothing the only issue is you can’t park by hotel so you have to unload luggage then walk 10 mins to car park but because of the location it’s worth it

Excellent breakfast, made to order from a good choice. Bottled water, fresh milk and cake treats replaced in the fridge almost every day of our stay. Beautiful location but you can't drive to the property so be prepared to walk to and from the nearest available car park. Convenient side access in and out when the pub is closed.

Our towels weren't changed even though we stayed 5 nights and put one of the hand towels in the shower on the second-to-last day, expecting it to be changed. A couple of times the room wasn't made up to the previous high standard and the rubbish wasn't taken out.

Great location and view over the town square. So nice to look out of those big windows with a coffee in the morning. The room was gorgeous room, an enormous comfy bed and nice amenities. The hairdryer was great (most aren’t!) and I always love a coffee machine and fresh milk. The team were all so friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional. Really interesting menu and the best dinner we had in Fowey.

One small thing - in the bathroom the products were lovely but there was no conditioner. The location is very central with stunning views but that inevitably means there is a little noise from people coming and going so be mindful of that if you need complete quiet. Personally I quite liked being in the middle of everything.

The hotel was spotless, room a little small but bed very comfy. Thought I might be kept awake by the pub outside but I was wrong. The windows stopped any noise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent quality. Great location and views. Managed to drop off cases easily and park at carpark 10 mins walk away. Costs only £6.30 for 24 hours parking. A little bus does a loop around Fowey every 15 mins if you don't want to walk to the car park.

It was a bit hot at night. A fan would be good. Unusually hot mini heatwave at the time though.

The room was absolutely gorgeous! It definitely gave me interior design inspiration. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, and the service was great. The shower was also wonderful. All members of staff made us feel welcome.

The only slight inconvenience was the parking, as the hotel was advertised as having on-site parking. Due to the popularity of the town, we had to park around a 15 minute walk away which wasn’t accounted for when planning our trip, but this worked out fine in the end.

This is an hotel that clearly knows what guests need and then they provide with bells on! First the smiley front of house greeting with detailed explanation of what where and how. Then shown to the amazing harbour view room with huge shower - everything was there! I could be biased by the twinkling Christmas decorations but the warmth and cosy bar/dining area made the shoulders go down. Then a delicious menu to choose from and brilliant service. Comfy bed, tea in the room and a huge breakfast feast. Heaven!

Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location, right in the Centre of town. The best part of this hotel is hands down the staff - everyone is so friendly, accommodating and did absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The chef is *chefs kiss* with amazing breakfast each day and perfect set up for afternoon bubbles.

The property does not advertise that there is no lift to get in/up to the rooms it is all stairs (something to note if you are mobility impaired). We were on the top floor which meant the room gets very hot when the sun comes up. The staff were super helpful and went out and organised a fan to be bought and put in our room. The only other things (not necessarily negative, but good to note for other travelers) are that there is no real wardrobe or space to hang your clothes and the bathroom does not have a lot of space to put your things (except on top of the toilet). It would be quite tight for a couple to stay longer than two nights.

Our only complaint (which is not constructive at all) is that the room was noisy on a Saturday night with noise from celebrations on the street, because the beautiful big window which allowed our lovely ocean view had old thin glass (which is a nice thing and to be expected!) Not a problem. Additionally, due to the crowds in Fowey we had to park a long way and walk to the hotel, but that was also no problem, what a lovely walk! Just something guests with limited mobility should be aware of. Would 100% recommend, and would love to return.

Really great hotel, lovely interior design, really great staff and owners, food was fantastic and great location.

Parking was a bit of a pain. We arrived in the midst of the busiest week in Fowey, for the Regatta, and we didn’t manage to pull up to the hotel to drop off so had to handball our luggage up from the car park. If it was only luggage it would have been okay but we had two dogs that are old and like to sniff everything, and it was very busy. So, we were quite stressed by the time we reached the hotel. Thankfully, the stay more than made up for it.

Location was fabulous. Not a word I use very often so there you go.Right on the Quay at Fowey. Bedroom overlooking the square. Fabulous. Breakfasts were very nice.

Cant complain about something that didnt happen but if I had known that the restaurant was not open on the two nights that I had booked,(mon/tues) I probably wouldnt have gone. Having said that I'm glad I did as there were plenty of other places to eat and the location was as I said just Fabulous. Access is difficult with a very narrow one way system but you can get down to the quay and drop off your bags etc and then take the car to a choice of remote car parks. Seemed a bit of a faf at first but wasnt really an issue.
